Robinette is a veteran minister and missionary, having spent nearly 28 years alongside his wife, Stacey overseas in various nations. In particular, they served as Superintendent over the German speaking nations, basing out of Vienna, Austria. Charles and Stacey are parents to two daughters, Aleia and Brienna, and they currently are appointed as International Evangelists with the United Pentecostal Church International.
