Latoya is a Basi-Trained Pilates Instructor, and her love of movement has taken her as far as Accra, Ghana to teach. Michael has layered into his Pilates practice yoga and other modalities. His learning is deeply centered on foot-to-glute connections and what that means for people. For athletes, that foot-to-glute connection translates to better footwork, faster feet, fewer injuries (and maybe a better paycheque)! The audience was challenged to explore that more.  Michael talked about the Pilates community and how there is no Pilates community other than you and me.
