What did the first 2 weeks of my 37th year bring? Good ole COVID-19. My solar return portal had much bigger plans for me on an individual level. This was my first run in with the virus, and the only way I can make sense of it was as a divine intervention. On an astrology level I have Mars still sitting on my natal chiron in Gemini in my first house. I am getting a true taste of some deep healing so it was only natural for the universe to bring me to my knees and force me to take off my armor.

We have ALL PLANETS direct until April 20th, this means a fast, forward momentum in the direction where your soul is most aligned. TAKE ADVANTAGE! The next few months are going to FLY! 

I have been trying to keep it together so tightly on a mental level where I have been so fearful of allowing the closest people in my life to truly see through me on an intimate level. When we say the word intimacy, it literally translates to 'into me you see'. It's within the intimate touch points in all of our closest relationships where you build a deeper connection to your soul. Relationships are a reflection, allow it to reflect back where you need to step more into your authentic power. When we do that we allow ourselves to make quantum timeline jumps.

As uncomfortable as covid was, it was preparing me for my next adventure to Guatemala. Source has been communicating some sizable themes to take with me in order to embody so that I can speak and teach deeper on. The loudest topic I've been hearing is 'JUST BE'. Being is enough, and to release as much as I can around allowing the 'doing' aspect to rule my life. We are inherently divine. Not feeling that from an embodied point of view is where I tend to struggle. Which means I've got some exciting homework to conquer with courage. I am reporting back from my post natal return weekend and just like a fine wine we also age and mature in a flowing manner. The last couple of years I have been gifting myself with a DNA activation sessions that encompass both astrology and human design. This has helped me so much around my spiritual journey and tapping deeper into my gifts to share with the world. I wanted to take some time in this episode to talk about the epiphanies and sudden realizations I made from the session. With the North and South Node shifting this summer into the signs of Aries and Libra, relationship topics will be felt and released over the course of 18 months.  The relationship umbrella is an area that I am dying to speak about but I'd be lying if I said there wasn't any fear around this topic. Intimacy and vulnerability have always come with some struggle, however I am feeling called  at a deeper level to speak  where I would like to take this creative platform in 2023.

Anyone else surfing some large waves of emotion?! Hellllloooo FULL MOON in CANCER at 16 degrees. I wanted to take an episode to obviously chat about this month's full moon, but also talk about the fact that since October all of the full moons have been at 16 degrees and this will continue until March. This cosmic dance had me go down a rabbit hole of numerology!

Since my birthday is on the 7th, I felt like this cosmic dance was speaking directly to me! The year 2023 is a numerology 7, and when we add those full moons happening at 16 degrees that also equals 7. So what is this all saying? I really think it has something to do with Saturn moving into Pisces and Pluto's shift into Aquarius. There is something really scientific and spiritual about the number 7. In this episode I dive deeper around how I see this being a true gift to humanity, & how our consciousness' are expanding at a speed like never before. 2023 is when all paradigms start to shift and the way you once saw the world will never be at that level again!

2023 is upon us. The holiday's have come and gone and I know I cannot be the only one out there feeling all sorts of FEELS. Personally, I am not one who subscribes to the whole New Year's thang because if I'm going to be honest, the energy truly has not shifted. With Mercury retrograde happening on Dec 29th, and Mar's still doing his dance backward, the feeling of solitude, stillness and maybe even a bit of seasonal depression could be center stage. Let's also not forget (corporate world folks) it's time to get back to that routine.

I wanted to explain my perspective when it comes to the label "depression". To me this label is actually a call for deep rest.  Since my late teens I have been sparring with this beast of an energy and it wasn't until 2020 that I began to look at it under a much different lens.

In this episode I wanted to express my vulnerability around how I typically feel post holidays and go through the symptoms of depression from a much lighter and higher point of view. What if we just changed the way we looked at this label? What if shifting your perspective was the actual medicine your soul was asking for? As a reminder to always take what resonates and leave behind what does not!

Let's end 2022 on a high note, shall we?

The Gemini full moon had me feeling A LOT of Chiron energy! Chiron represents our deepest wounds, and trauma. Personally speaking, I had this full moon (conjunct Mars) happening right near my Chiron in my first house of SELF. The internal themes I have been observing have been desperately seeking validation from the external that I am not worthy of anything & everything. This all happening in the sign of Gemini has had me extremely heady. I have been allowing the stories to take off and searching for the universe to support these lower frequencies in order to feel SAFE! When you go through the majority of your life thinking you are unworthy of such magic it would ONLY be natural that derailing from that story would make you feel UNSAFE! But if we pause and observe how untrue that is, we regain control and realize it's all just an illusion.

The Capricorn New Moon and Winter Solstice is here to support you! Sag season was all about gaining wisdom with the help of Mars retrograde. Now that we are entering Capricorn season it's time to use this energy to slowly build the foundation, while taking responsibility in a grounded, practical, logical direction.

Mercury, the planet of communication, short distance travel, our intellect, is going retrograde in the sign of Capricorn on Dec 29th. I feel the universe is inviting you to be still the last few days of 2022 with both Mercury and Mars RX. Can you imagine what gold you may hear if you could be quiet and still? Why not give it a try? We have officially entered the season of winter which is a time to go with in, reflect, become introspective so that you can prepare the soil for the upcoming spring season. Use this energy wisely, it is so important to rest and recalibrate.
