Being so secure in our relationship with the Universe and the Ancestors that we know we can glide without needing to flap our wings anxiously. Deconditioning the mind to allow the love we are to channel through the heart. The objective is to open the heart, how do we get there? Pulling back the layers of who we are, looking at the trauma, the pain, the obstacles and choosing not to operate from an unbalanced space.

Before we come down to earth we sign a contract, our job is to live out that contract. We come down and our met with karma, producing karmic debt, emotions and trauma tying us to this earth and these lives. Let’s untie ourselves. You may ask yourself why should I do Shadowwork? Why heal this generational trauma? It’s in your contract. How many more lives do you want to live before you fulfill this contract? Your choice. Do you want to untie yourself?

Rooting down into your body, further into your being in order to see clearly. See that the bliss and your divinity is all around you. “I can see clearly now the rain is gone”. See clearly, feel the divinity in the rain, the sun, the trees, and the dirt. Connect with nature and allow Pachamamá to hold you up, to show you the way deeper into yourself.

Part of our foundation is the SHADOW. The shadow entails so much more than you think and your family is deeply intertwined. Looking at your shadow and finding it within your family brings so much more love, forgiveness, and overall healing to your spirit!
