I believe that books will show up in your life when they are suppose too.  When the student is read the teacher shall appear type of thing.  Over a year ago my wife got me the book . "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. Not haven't read it up until a month ago, it has been a very impactful and insightful book.  Shining a light on some practices that I already do and some that I would like to start. There are many take aways from this book but the one that resonated with me and a practice I have been doing for a while is Smiling. Repeated experience results in increased, stronger connections within the brain. Small changes that are repeatedly reinforced lead to changes in how our brains work; This is why neurofeedback is so effective.
