In this episode, Milly chats with beef and sheep farmer Meinir Howells, who along with her husband and two children, farm in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside.

If that wasn't enough, Meinir has built up her career presenting on the popular farming and countryside magazine TV programme Ffermio and guest presents on S4C during the Royal Welsh Show and Winter Fair at Builth Wells.

Milly and Meinir met through the National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs over 13 years ago when they represented England and Wales on the 2010 European Rally in Halstead, Sweden.
