Cynthia is a retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer who believes everyone matters.

She is an author, speaker, and founder of A First Responder Voice. She is a recipient of the 2019 Universal Women's Network, Unsung Hero Award, and the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal.
