Recently, I had the opportunity to assess a candidate for a VP Operations at the media company I’ve cited previously The job has an AI emphasis; its purpose is to streamline operations, enhance software products and boost profitable sales. I had to determine whether this candidate has the characteristics and competencies to shape an operations and AI vision, and influence related changes in a matrix leadership environment.
