This meditation focuses on body relaxation, opening, and ​a short visualization of creating your future self. This vision that you create of what you are doing, who you are talking to, and most importantly, how you feel, can be carried into your waking life. Consider the possibility that you have now brought this future self closer to you, and that it is a blueprint of a possible future that lies ahead. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates the teachings of Shambhala with his therapy practice. He enjoys playing the drums and loves playing music with friends. Sharing and connecting to others so that they see themselves as an important part of this world is what he values most. He believes that any social system that creates winners and losers is what makes us feel disconnected from each other, and is simply a bump on the road of our evolutionary process.
