This week we have a special guest - Rebecca from Temple De Luna vegan skincare! We start by talking about the delicious food we've been eating. Louise has found a new Japanese restaurant, Renee is making delicious burgers and Rebecca is enjoying the first salad of the summer season.

Then we get into our topic - learning to accept our skin. As an insider in the skincare industry, Rebecca gives us loads of information on how we can look after our skin while still upholding our values and accepting ourselves for the beautiful beings we are.

This week we're all releasing the urge to do it all, and are encouraging ourselves to take a break. We finish with what's making us feel awesome. Louise is loving the spring blossoms, Renee is spending time in nature, and Rebecca is celebrating her anniversary with an impromptu trip away.

Louise had an awesome beef dip sandwich at Down the Hatch in Edinburgh, while Renee is cooking up a very continental grilled cheese and eating yet another Little Bacon Cheeseburger from Five Guys.

Then they talk about Star Trek, the incredible utopia they've created, and what, if anything, we can do to bring our world closer to that sci-fi fantasy. They talk about the latest Star Trek story, Picard, and reminisce about classic series as well. They get all spiritual talking about creating a community that values collaboration over competition and connection above all else.

Then Renee is releasing being responsible for other humans while Louise is remembering to own her own power. Louise visited the Leith Witchcraft Market and Renee enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of Skye.

This week Renee is cooking a delicious salad for her husband and Louise is eating one of Renee's delicious cookie recipes to use up food in her store cupboard.

Then we're on to our topic  - Beltane. It's the next in our wheel of the year series and we're talking all about the sexy sabbat that is Beltane. We talk about the origins of Beltane, correspondences, and pagan weddings.

This week Louise is learning to embrace herself as she is, and Renee is trying to trust in her unique gifts. Louise has taken up cross stitch to stop herself from constantly scrolling, and Renee has an exciting new insta challenge for us all to take part in.

Louise is cooking up Kerala Prawn Curry from the Quick Roasting Tin cookbook, and Renee is testing a new recipe for Sweet Potato Nachos. She's also whipping up a ridiculously easy and surprisingly awesome dessert known as a Lemon Meringue Fool.

Then they chat about how they consume and emotionally process the news. Taking it all in can be so heavy. They discuss ways you can protect yourself and stay motivated to take action to make the world a better place instead of just hiding under your duvet in despair.

Then Renee is working on her relationship with money, and Louise is creating space for new opportunities to come into her life. And Renee is in love with The Muse Tarot by Chris-Ann and Louise is really digging the Amazon Prime series, The Wheel of Time.

This week Renee made Louise jealous by ordering lots of tater tots, as well as making a delicious holiday pie. Louise is still on her cooking game and made delicious pork noodles.

Our topic this week is about protecting your energy. We share some mundane every day tips, as well as some witchy, spiritual ways to protect and cleanse yourself of negativity.

Finally, Louise has been resisting rest recently and Renee would like it if people stopped touching her stuff, thanks very much. Renee also took some much needed time off and adventured around Glasgow, while Louise has been keeping crystals in her bed again.

Louise is making Sausage Ragu Linguine from a recipe service that shall not be named. Renee is baking Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits and spicing things up with Spaghetti Arrabbiata.

Then they're talking about feminism and whether they're actually any good at it. What does it mean to be a bad feminist? When do we fall short in upholding feminist ideals? Is it really that big of a deal? Plus they they share lots of listener stories of being a bad feminist.  News flash: none of us are taking out the trash.

Then Louise is struggling with guilt around not being productive while Renee is shifting the focus of her productivity and getting impatient waiting for the results. Plus, Renee feels super awesome after a week of working from the soffice, and Louise is bringing more movement into her life.

This week Renee is loving some classic Scottish fare, and baking a delicious lavender loaf cake. Louise is just eating a bunch of cakes from Costco.

Our episode this week is about green witchcraft. What is green witchcraft? Is it having green skin? Living in a solar-panelled cabin in the woods? We talk about how we try to be more green in our witchcraft and ways that we can celebrate and support the earth.

We're both feeling drained this week, and Renee is releasing some worries around a work trip and Louise is talking about the cognitive load. Renee is sharing an awesome new film and Louise is celebrating completing her counselling course.

Renee and Louise are joined this week by awesome guest samantha of Probably Procrastibaking.  Louise has been out for a boozy brunch at The Slug and Lettuce in Glasgow. Renee is frying up Jalapeno Hush Puppies, and Samantha is making ice cream and smoothies.

Then the conversation turns to motherhood and the mother archetype. We discuss different ways that people can embody mother energy and break down stereotypes about what it means to be a mom. Mother energy is not just for people who give birth, but for anyone who cares for a child. We acknowledge that relationships with the mother archetype can be complicated. There can be pain and imense joy all at once. We'll tackle it all.

Then everyone is letting go of a need for control and searching for more ease and flow in their life in one way or another. Then Samantha is feeling awesome about changes to her photography business and the new freedom that will bring her. Louise has achieved a major manifestation in her life that's got her on a direct path to her dream. And Renee is just over here casually launching a tarot reading business. No big deal.
