The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is explicitly customized for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the optimal way to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other drove of complications we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share details. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to report their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll solicit suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
