The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically constructed for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any non-white people who have figured out the best way to minimize problems with White and/or non-white colleagues, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous obstacles we often experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to call in and share specifics. Victims of Racism who are "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to shair their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear strategies from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
