The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely devised to fortify our problem-solving skills and to codify how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have unearthed the best strategies to reduce hassle with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share particulars. We're always keen to hear the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs." Please, report on how being "self employed" changes the way you deal with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment.
