Today I want to talk about how to tell you are ready to be an entrepreneur. I will share some of the signs that I noticed in my own life to let me know that a life pivot was happening, and go over some of the key personality traits that I see as being important to being an entrepreneur.

Our guest this week is Kristi Floersch. Kristi has a heart of compassion for people who are anxious, overloaded, overwhelmed, depressed, disinterested, fatigued, bored and spiritless. She understands and deeply cares because she has been through these same debilitating feelings, much of which stem from how she spent her time. She has experienced anxiety from trying to please everyone in her life and depression from not allowing time for herself. Before she wrote "It's Time Flourish Now" Kristi set out on a journey to investigate what is the best possible use of time. Interestingly enough, there are plenty of books on how to budget and invest money, but very few if any, on how to budget and invest time. Along the way she discovered a way tool she calls the "Test of Time" that clarifies what to do with time so you can live a life of meaning, purpose and fulfillment. Karen Huck is a wife, mother of two, grandma to three and a dog lover. She was in Early Childhood for over 35 years. During that time she searched for her biological family for 16 years without internet. She found them at the age of 40 and found 4 siblings and her father. Her hope is to help others by being a listening ear. Lorissa Moore created Moore For Less as a way to help people in her community. Here is a little about Lorissa in her own words: I am 43. I am a wife to an amazing husband and we have a daughter at home who is 14. I can't say her name or she would kill me because God forbid anyone know I am her mom right? haha!!!

I have 5 amazing step-children and 3 daughters of my own. Together my husband and I have 12 beautiful grandchildren. Our lives are full to say the least!!

My husband has recently left his job and started his own business all while I have started my own business too. We decided that we were tired of seeing someone else benefit from our hard work and tired of working endless hours to feel unaccomplished. So we went out on our own to help people and WOW has it been rewarding! To help someone in their time of trouble is the BEST! To see someone smile in such a scary time is AMAZING!!! That is just what we do and who we are!
