It's about showing you a new part of me, a new side of me. It's not making myself wrong for the way that things happen before or the version of my business before. It's about making all of it right.”

Get A Helmet Growth
- It was like a roller coaster of highs and lows and twists and turns.
- The studio brought in more revenue than Caroline ever did in her corporate jobs.
- She was able to hire a team of people to support this expansion.
[19:37] Caroline Aylward: “I really wanna stress that because say you're still working your full-time job, or you've got a part-time job, I wanna celebrate you. I don't think that there's enough of that going on in the industry right now. It does not mean that you're not all in on your business.”
[21:45] Caroline Aylward: “Your podcast gets to be such a platform for connection and collaboration and growth and expansion.”
