• It was like a roller coaster of highs and lows and twists and turns.
• The studio brought in more revenue than Caroline ever did in her corporate jobs.
• She was able to hire a team of people to support this expansion.

[19:37] Caroline Aylward: "I really wanna stress that because say you're still working your full-time job, or you've got a part-time job, I wanna celebrate you. I don't think that there's enough of that going on in the industry right now. It does not mean that you're not all in on your business."

[21:45] Caroline Aylward: "Your podcast gets to be such a platform for connection and collaboration and growth and expansion."
