This week, we got a chance to talk with Chelsea Lauren and Sierra Bruton. Sierra has been on our show before, sharing with us about her talk show, Let's Talk About It. We brought her back on, along with her best friend Chelsea. Chelsea is the founder of a nonprofit called Oilwell Collective - a place that brings people in her community together to worship and pray.
If you ask the average creative, most of them would say that they struggle with organization and discipline. While this is by no means true of all creatives, there are even studies to back up that many creative thinkers can struggle in these areas. Chelsea is sharing in today's episode about the ways that she's struggled with the details of starting a nonprofit, and how she's overcome those struggles. Together, Gabriella, Sierra, and Chelsea are giving advice on how to get your life together and get organized.
