We are living during times that none of us have seen before in this lifetime. It is easy to get swept up in the fear, panic, despair, and hopeless.

This is why the teachings of the medicine wheel are essential during these times. All of ancestors used the medicine wheel to understand and navigate this life, both spiritually and physically.

In this live I cover the big question of why is the world in the current state it is?

Simple answer; we are in the West of the medicine wheel collectively. The West is the space of the heart, death, sacrifice, and releasing. Listen in as I break down how each of these are teaching us how to show up during these times. ⚡️

Your ancestors are your first line of protection when it comes to spiritual work. You are the living prayer and proof of their endurance + perseverance. Ancestral work is honoring not only the good ancestors but elevating those who are in need of your medicine.

Ancestral work and shadow work go hand - in - hand. When you show up for our ancestors, we are telling them that we are here to carry on their medicine and help them heal. We are the vessels that have been trusted with their wisdom.

The first layer begins in the Mind, it is all about understanding the language of your shadow. This is where we see a heavy presence of western therapy and journal prompts. Although these are doing something, they are extremely surface level. This layer is understanding what is the VOICE of your shadow and how it lives in your mind.

The second layer is how the shadow lives in your body. How does your shadow show up in your day - to - day life? Shadows want to live in physical vessels and do so by our actions. This is often where people freeze in their shadow work because it requires real work. It takes discipline and action. It’s moving from what you know you need to do to actually doing it.

The third layer is the pleasures in your shadows. All of our shadows keep us hooked by giving us some type of pleasure / joy. This is also where we begin to understand how our shadows are fed by those around us.

Lastly, the fourth layer is all about seeing the medicine behind the shadow. Every shadow is hoarding away medicine. This layer is all about understanding what is being held captive and liberating that medicine.

In this live I breakdown who so many individuals are beginning to step away from mainstream spirituality, new ageism, and love + light. Our spirits know that this healing work is deeper than certifications and selfish self-help.

1.) Mainstream spirituality has a value system + structure of the colonial ways. It is rooted in hierarchy, power, and individualism. This is the opposite of traditional healing which is rooted in integrity, reverence, and responsibility.

2.) Mainstream spirituality doesn’t teach you your medicine. Instead, it sells you different methodologies, certifications, and retreats which feed your shadow of consumption. Traditional healing teaches you how to learn your spirits and how to work with them.

3.) It is detached from reality. Ascending into the 5D, creating new earth, and manifesting your best life are all about escaping the present moment. Traditional healing grounds you into reality and teaches you how to co-create vs bypass.

In this live I breakdown the 3 foundational pillars to doing TRUE shadow work (not western therapy or new age, but the original way of our ancestors)

1.) We are dualistic beings. We hold both medicine and shadow. We must first understand that this life and ourselves hold the nature of duality.

2.) Shadows and living spirits. & as we all know, in order for something to live it needs to be fed. This is where we begin to address HOW YOU feed your shadows.

3.) Shadows evolve as we evolve. Our medicine will be the balance to help us move through our growth and collective energies.
