Quick reflection on how much I am saying 'Ya know' while recording my daily reflections...yikes. Working on it.

I reflect on some drama and a conversation with a student about hurt people hurting other people.

I reflect done a conversation I had with a parent about balancing being human and being a teacher. Also, reflect in a conversation I had with a nother teacher then how we are performing like no other person does.

I define what implicit bias is and the road I've taken to understand my privileges as a white male in America. I share a study from Yale University that tells us a lot about racial bias in our schools (society) and one strategy that's helped me (I think).
