I reflect done a conversation I had with a parent about balancing being human and being a teacher. Also, reflect in a conversation I had with a nother teacher then how we are performing like no other person does.

I reflect on goals for what I'm doing and how recording stories about our favorite teachers could change our perspective on what's actually happening in our schools.
I reflected on the fact that there will always be new goals and initiatives in schools and that all I need to do is show up and be my best for our students.
I define what implicit bias is and the road I've taken to understand my privileges as a white male in America. I share a study from Yale University that tells us a lot about racial bias in our schools (society) and one strategy that's helped me (I think).
This one is me simply documenting what new podcasting stuff I bought so I can start interviewing other people for the show, while my son is in the background...it was fun.
