Yesterday, the Black Management Forum held its annual conference under the theme: Realising a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Future. In light of this theme, we want to discuss the state of black management in corporate South Africa given the recent developments in public (failure of SOEs) and private sector (Dischem) that placed a spotlight on out employment policies.
