Raphael Khumalo has made headlines after declaring declared himself as King Mzilikazi II and unveiled a new Mthwakazi flag last year, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Khumalo's actions to declare himself the Ndebele King has divided opinion in Matabeleland, with secessionists supporting him while the Khumalo clan say he is an imposter. Parliament's presiding officers says it will lobby other African countries against the I-double-A-F's stringent regulations that could prevent Olympic 800-metres champion, Caster Semenya from competing. The world athletics governing body has announced regulations for female athletes with differences of sex development. They restrict the blood testosterone levels for female athletes who run distances between 400 and one-thousand-500 metres, which are all Semenya's specialities. Meanwhile SASCOC president, Gideon Sam says the fact that the I-double-A-F always makes important announcements that have an effect on Semenya, ahead of big athletic events is suspicious....
