He says we should do away with special schools and his argument is that when a learner finishes matric, there is no special university, so adjusting is difficult.

Pit toilets in South African schools – what is it going to take to get rid of them? It was revealed late last year that about 4624 schools in the country have pit toilets. These figures were revealed by Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga in a written parliamentary reply.
