Burn Ritual for Release: Do This First
A burn ritual for release feels great and does very little if you skip the step before it. This episode covers what has to happen before you set anything alight, and why the story you want gone was never your enemy.
Julie is upfront about loving fire, obsessed with candles and burning things since she was young. But the ceremony is not the mechanism. The story you're releasing is there for a reason, and that reason is protection. If your subconscious has been working to keep you safe with it and you don't honour that or reclaim the power in it, nothing actually shifts.
So the instruction is to write from compassion and gratitude rather than frustration, desperation or lack. Not "I have to get rid of this thing that's blocking me," but an acknowledgement that it had a purpose and served you.
She also explains the elemental alchemy behind why burning works. Thought is air, paper is earth, ink brings liquid, and fire transmutes the whole thing back into air and releases it to the universe, taking it out of your head and out of your physical body.
Plus the practical version: length doesn't matter, a sentence counts, naming the chapter counts, shredding by hand works, and please do it safely because embers travel.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why the story you want gone was protecting you, and what to say to it before releasing
The wrong energy to write from, and why frustration undermines the whole thing
The elemental alchemy of a burn ritual, air to earth to fire and back
Speaking to the inner child as the adult you are now
Why blame in the story is normal and how to reshape it
Alternatives if you don't want to burn, and the safety part
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The day four task, writing the story you're done with
01:00 Why it's there, and honouring the protection before release
03:00 Safety first, and why this warning always comes through
03:30 The alchemy, and what fire actually transmutes
05:00 Compassion over desperation, and speaking to your inner child
06:00 Shredding as an alternative, and why this creates space for tomorrow
"This story, this narrative, this belief that was running the show had a purpose, and we want to honour that purpose."

Magnetic Identity: Why You Must Say It Out Loud
Magnetic identity activation sounds like a buzzword until you understand that the block was never the camera. This episode is about why declaring who you are out loud does something that thinking it never will, and why the resistance you feel isn't about being seen at all.
Julie breaks down the mechanism. When you speak a declaration, your mind thinks it, your voice sends it out, your ears take it back in, and your mind hears it again. It happens in layers rather than once. Which is also exactly what being witnessed by another person is, the reflection and the vibration coming back at you.
Then the honest part. She names her own version of this: not scared of the camera, not scared to post, not scared of a spicy opinion or of people having an opinion back. And still there was another layer underneath it that was blocking consistency. That layer is being witnessed rather than being seen, because being witnessed is feeling to feeling, and that's what the ego finds frightening.
On magnetism: some people carry it more naturally, and it shows up in storytelling, in humour, in the way they look, in the lifestyle around them. But the version available to everyone is standing in your own authority without doubt. If there's doubt, you're half in and half out, and people can feel it.
Day three of the Witnessed challenge, with the task and six real declarations from last year's participants included.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why speaking a declaration out loud works in layers rather than once
The question that reframes the whole thing: if you can't hear your own power, why would anyone else witness it
The difference between an opinion hurting you and being witnessed exposing you
Magnetism as a skill rather than a personality type
What half in and half out looks like, and why buyers sense it
Why boasting for one post is a price worth paying
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The day three task, writing your I am her because declaration
01:00 The multidimensional mechanism of saying it out loud
02:00 Being seen versus being witnessed, and where the resistance actually lives
03:00 Not scared of the camera, and the layer underneath that
04:00 What magnetism actually is, and who it comes naturally to
06:00 Declaring it publicly, and six declarations from last year
"If you can't hear your own voice to hear your own power, why would someone else fully witness you?"

Manifesting Your Future Self: The Dream Day Method
Manifesting your future self usually gets taught as a visual exercise, and that is exactly why it stalls for most people. This episode is about the part nobody covers, which is that your vision is a frequency you can feel in your body and start living at one percent today.
Julie walks through the technique she uses most: instead of picturing the future, go and meet your future self in the scene and watch her. She shares her own, the villa in the south of France, the dog on the veranda at sunrise, the fruit tea, the particular pen she journals with. The detail is the point, because detail is what you can copy now.
From there she gets honest about what the numbers are really for. The Instagram following, the clicks, the bestseller. Underneath is usually money, and underneath money is freedom, flexibility, security and the ability to stop thinking about it. Once you know that, you can start asking what gives you that feeling today.
Then the anchors. A scent, a candle, a playlist, a coverup you sit in at your own kitchen table. Small physical things that pull the future frequency into the present, without needing the villa first. This is day two of the Witnessed challenge and the task is included.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why "her" is not a fantasy self and how to recognise the frequency you have already been in
The watch-her technique, and why detail matters more than the big picture
What real aligned action looks like at one percent rather than all at once
Getting honest about what the follower count is actually standing in for
Sensory anchors, altars and playlists, and how to build one on any budget
Why operating from this frequency makes you clearer on camera and in your message
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 What "her" means, and why the vision is not only visual
02:00 The villa, the veranda and the fruit tea, watching her instead of picturing her
04:00 Why one percent counts as aligned action
05:00 The follower number, the money underneath it, and the freedom underneath that
07:00 The day two task, mapping the dream day and flipping the scarcity moments
09:00 Anchors, the half price candle, and building a sensory cue on any budget
"We're not really becoming someone else. We're often remembering and revealing our truth."

Fear of Being Seen in Business: The Old Story
Fear of being seen in business almost never shows up as fear. It shows up as a nap, a clean kitchen, and a very reasonable to-do list sitting between you and the post you already made.
This is day one of the Witnessed Challenge, recorded in Lion's Gate energy. It covers the difference between being visible and being witnessed, and why those two things are not the same at all. You can post every day and still be completely hidden.
The more inner work you have done, the smarter your protection gets. Spiritual practice, mindset work, self development, all of it gives the ego better hiding places. It stops looking like fear and starts looking like logic. That is the pattern this episode names, with the physical tells to watch for in your own body.
There is also the old story underneath it. The specific memory or comment that taught you being seen was risky, and the quiet way you have been obeying it ever since. Julie shares hers, including the leather skirt and the ad campaign that landed on the wrong side of the internet, plus four anonymous old story and new story examples from women who did this work last year.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why fear of being seen in business disguises itself as productivity
The difference between visible and witnessed, and why audiences want the second one
How shadow work for business owners gets harder the more developed you are
The physical sensations that tell you a visibility block is running
The day one prompt: name the old story, then write the new one
Four real old story and new story examples, shared anonymously
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The difference between being visible and being witnessed
01:00 Why the darkest night is the revelation of truth
04:00 The nap that is not a nap
06:00 Where your content becomes a shield
08:00 The leather skirt and the comments that formed a story
10:00 Old story, new story, real examples
"That darkest night is the revelation of truth, and it's the moment that you are asked to believe that the dawn is coming."

Lions Gate Portal 2026: What It's Really Asking You
The Lions Gate portal 2026 opens on the 28th of July and peaks on 8/8, and this year it sits directly on top of a node shift that changes what it wants from you. If you have been feeling the pull to be more visible in your work, this one is about what you actually want that visibility for.
Julie breaks down why 8/8 is not just numerology, what the Sphinx and the star Sirius have to do with it, and why she only works with two repeating-number dates a year instead of all of them.
Then the part that makes this year different. The nodes moved into Aquarius and Leo the day before this recording. The south node in Leo exposes the ego side of being seen, the stats and the data and the numbers as proof of your worth. The north node in Aquarius asks for the collective instead. So the Lions Gate portal 2026 stops being a question about how to get seen and starts being a question about what the visibility is for.
There is also the manifestation side. Eight is the number of infinity, and Julie shares the vision she had years ago of standing inside the infinity symbol, masculine on one side and feminine on the other, never two equal halves. Which leads into what calling something in actually costs you.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why 8/8 is a portal rather than a numerology date, and where Sirius and the Sphinx come in
The north node in Aquarius and south node in Leo, and the two year shift now underway
The shadow side of visibility, and why the stats mean nothing about you personally
Eight as the number of infinity, and what manifestation takes from you in exchange
The difference between being seen and being witnessed
Witnessed, the 11 day challenge running through the portal
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 Why the Lions Gate gets Julie excited every single year
05:00 Sirius, the Sphinx, and what 8/8 actually marks
08:00 The nodes moving into Aquarius and Leo, and the shadow of Leo
10:00 A million views doesn't get you a million dollars in the bank
11:00 Eight as infinity, and what calling something in costs
12:00 Being witnessed versus being seen
"Being seen is visibility. Being witnessed is being felt."

How To Ask Better Questions In Business And Life
How to ask better questions is not a mindset exercise, it is the thing that quietly decides whether you can make a decision at all. Most people frame the question so the answer can only come back yes or no, and then wonder why they are still stuck in the same place.
I do one-question readings, where you send me a single question by email and that is what we work with. People freeze at it. They tell me they do not know what to ask, or how to frame it, or what to even do with it. So in this episode I talk about what actually happens when your one question lands in my inbox, and why I always end up exploring more than one question around it.
I recently opened up my email list for an ask-me-anything, one card per question. Of around twenty people, four or five sent relationship questions, all the same shape. Does this person want to be with me. Should I stay. What do I do. Those are never yes or no questions, and neither are most of the business ones.
This is about decision making in business and in life, and about what changes when you stop needing the answer to be a closed door. Yes and. Maybe no and. Never one-dimensional.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Why the quality of your questions decides the quality of the answers you get
What actually happens inside a one-question reading, and what I am doing that you cannot see
The relationship question four or five people out of twenty send me, almost word for word
Why yes-or-no framing blocks the answer before it arrives
The rare business questions that genuinely do have a yes or no
How to ask better questions when you are stuck between this or that
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The quality of your questions, and yes, I know it is very Tony Robbins
01:00 Why people come to me for perception, and what I do with your one question
02:00 The ask-me-anything, and the questions that came back
03:00 Don't ask me a question you don't want to know the answer to
04:00 Yes and, no and, and why every answer opens another question
05:00 Your challenge: start questioning around the question
FROM THE EPISODE:
"It's always yes and. There is never simply just a yes."

Why Manifestation Isn't Working: Get Specific
Why manifestation isn't working usually comes down to two things nobody mentions: you weren't specific, and you left no space for the thing to actually arrive. I recorded four beautiful readings this week and every single one of them came back with no sound.
I'd asked the universe for more readings. I hadn't said anything about them being NEW readings. My friend's response when I told her: "Yeah, perhaps you need to be more specific."
This one's about how manifesting in business actually works when you strip out the fairy dust. You can be broad about the vision without being vague about the ask. And if you're asking for something while doing nothing to make room for it, what comes back is going to be shaped like the room you left, not the thing you wanted. The classic version of this is asking for a break and getting three days of flu.
I also get into why I don't believe the universe tests you. There's no consciousness sitting inside that energy handing out punishments for the things you didn't do. It's a ripple effect. Your within, so your without, mirrored back to you.
And then I turn it on myself, because readings have been the most stable thing across every version of my business and I have never once said out loud that this is what I do.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Four recorded readings, zero audio, and what I'd actually asked for
Why manifestation isn't working when the ask is too general
The difference between being open about the vision and being vague about the request
Asking for time off and receiving the flu instead
Why the universe is not testing you, punishing you, or teaching you a lesson
The thing I've been dancing around saying about my own business for years
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 Four recorded readings, and not one of them had sound
01:00 The message I sent my friend, and what she said back
02:00 Asking for something and getting it in a shape you did not want
03:00 The break you asked for that arrived as three days in bed
05:00 Why I don't believe the universe tests you
07:00 Where your ripple effects are actually coming from
"I said to the universe I wanna do more readings, and I didn't mean I wanted to do the same readings twice."

How to Trust Yourself in Business (Not the Rules)
If you want to know how to trust yourself in business, this one is about the pull to do it your own way instead of following the strategy everyone swears works. Julie gets honest about a workshop she built to the formula and now wants to blow up completely.
This is for anyone feeling the tension between the systems that are supposed to serve you and the part of you that wants to zig when everyone else zags. Julie talks about programming, the status quo, and the quiet nudge (call it the Aquarius age, call it Mercury retrograde stirring things) to be more of who you actually are.
It's not a burn-it-all-down episode. It's a yes-and. Systems hold your energy and keep you steady, and going against the grain matters just as much. The work is finding the in-between, then waking yourself up enough to spot where you've been running on autopilot.
If you've been running a spiritual business by a formula that looks right on paper but doesn't feel like you, start here.
IN THIS EPISODE:
• Why "break the rules" and "rules serve us" can both be true at once
• The workshop Julie built by the book and now wants to change
• How chopping and changing can hurt your brand, and when to do it anyway
• Where your real power lives once the template runs out
• Spotting the programming you never actually chose
• One tiny way to wake your brain up today
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The question that won't leave her alone
01:00 Yes, and: when the rules still serve you
01:30 The workshop she's about to change
02:00 Why changing things can backfire on your brand
03:00 Where the real power actually comes from
04:00 Your invite: break one small rule today
"Please be more of yourself. Lean into the things that are more of yourself."

Feminine Productivity: Why Rest Is the Work
Feminine productivity means the rest counts as much as the output, and most of your Monday panic about being behind is programming, not fact. If you keep ending the day feeling like you did nothing, this one reframes what "doing" actually is.
Julie takes a Monday morning that started with the usual scramble (so much to do, so little time) and pulls it apart. Half of that urgency is the story you tell yourself about being behind. The other half is a lack of clarity, because when you can't see the edges of the task, your nervous system makes it into a mountain.
This is a short one on rest without guilt, and on why the slow weekend, the meditation, the day where nothing "happened" is where your creativity and intuition actually come back online. If you run a business and you have ever ended a day convinced you achieved nothing, this reframes the whole thing.
Because thinking about your clients, your messaging, your offers, the angles you want to build next, that is the work too. It counts, even when the pen never meets the paper.
IN THIS EPISODE:
- Why half your Monday urgency is programming, not fact
- The real reason a to-do list feels bigger than it is
- Rest without guilt: why downtime is part of feminine productivity, not the opposite of it
- How rest reconnects you to creativity and intuition
- Why thinking about your business counts as real work
- The clarity check that shrinks the mountain before you start
KEY MOMENTS:
00:00 The Monday scramble and where it comes from
01:00 The weekend Julie chose rest over pushing
02:00 The two halves of false urgency
02:30 What the reframe actually means
03:00 Why the thinking is the work
"Even if the pen does not meet the paper, even if the fingers do not meet the keypad."

Having Fun in Your Business (and Why It Works)
Having fun in your business is not a distraction from the real work, it might be the real work. This one is about following the thread of joy and why it quietly calls in better clients than any strategy you could force.
This week I ran readings, did rituals for clients, and threw out a spur-of-the-moment card-pull offer to my email list purely because it sounded fun. It ended up booking clients and growing my list. Not because I planned it that way, but because I followed what felt good and trusted my own skill.
There is a difference between the client who walks in open to whatever comes through and the one in full scarcity, chanting solve my problem while blocking every answer. I talk about why I now build for the first one, and why the frequency you show up in decides who you attract.
And underneath all of it, the thing this episode really lands on: you are the one who saves you. Not your coach, not your next strategy, not me. When you own that, you start calling in the people who own it too.
IN THIS EPISODE:
- Why having fun in your business is a strategy, not a break from one
- The open client versus the scarcity client, and how to tell them apart fast
- Reading the signs in ritual work, like a bending flame or a circle that won't close
- The card-pull experiment I did just because it was fun, and what it actually booked
- How the frequency you operate from decides which clients you attract
- Why the deepest move is remembering that you save yourself
I wrote this one up properly, with the client boundary I only half-said out loud in the recording spelled all the way out.
