  • Jupiter expands the s**t too

Jupiter and Abundance: Why More Isn't the Goal

Jupiter and abundance sound like the dream combination, until you clock that expansion grows whatever you are already sitting in. This one is about getting specific before you ask for more, and why "I want more clients" might be the wrong ask entirely.

I set up an altar and got pulled into the part the astrology books skip. Jupiter and abundance work like this: it expands anything it touches, the good and the unwanted, so the work starts with getting clear and embodied in what you actually want. I get into why more followers means more opinions and more projection, and why that is the real cost of growing.

Then it turned personal. The ritual was about Jupiter as father energy, so I told the story of my dad coaching me on the track, how I only ever heard his voice cutting through hundreds of people, always with a tactic and always with faith, never pushing me past the joy of it. That is the archetype I now use for how source actually guides. Not something external and far away, but a voice giving you direction and the nudge toward the 1% more, while the choice stays yours.

With Jupiter in Leo, this one also lands in inner child territory, the playful kind, and where that joy quietly expands everything else.

    IN THIS EPISODE:

The shadow side of Jupiter and abundance nobody warns you about

Why "I want more clients" is not actually what you want

The real cost of more followers, and how to decide if you want it

Using archetypes, the rich auntie, the father figure, as a way into abundance

How relating to source like a coaching voice changes everything

Jupiter in Leo and inner child joy as an expansion tool

  • Your business is not your purpose

Purpose In Business (And The Pressure Killing It)

Finding purpose in business becomes a trap the moment you decide one offer has to deliver all of it at once. This episode is about the pressure that quietly chokes the thing you're trying to grow.

You know you have a calling, so you hand your business an impossible brief: break through, create stability, prove your purpose and fulfil you emotionally, all in one launch. And instead of moving faster, you move less. You stop experimenting. You stop being playful. You brace instead of build.

I talk through why your purpose is already happening in your relationships, your home, your day to day, and why it was never the business's job to carry the whole thing. There's a real shift that happens when you stop asking your business to heal the block, the money wound, the resistance. Often it heals anyway. And then the business finally provides, not because you found the magic offer, but because you took your hands off its throat.

If you feel stuck in business right now and can't work out why the harder you push the tighter it gets, this one is for you.

    IN THIS EPISODE:

    - Why the search for the one perfect offer keeps you from moving at all

    - The pressure in business that suffocates the thing you're growing

    - Purpose as something already happening, not something pending

    - Why service belongs to purpose but results, accolades and money don't

    - What shifts when you stop making your business responsible for your healing

  • This new moon isn't a fresh start

LCancer New Moon: This Isn't a Fresh Start

The Cancer new moon is not asking you to start from scratch, and if you treat it like a blank page you will waste the whole cycle. This one is about what you already have and have quietly stopped using.

Every new moon gets sold as a clean slate. Set the intentions, clear the decks, begin again. But this one lands inside Mercury retrograde, which means the invite is backwards and inwards before it is forwards. Reflection first.

So the work here is reinvention rather than invention. Looking at the resources already sitting in your business. The things you have already built. The things you can do without it costing you anything.

I also share the question that came through for me this weekend, which reframed the entire month: why am I making this more difficult for myself? Difficulty is rarely random. It is usually protective, and it is usually guarding something.

And a hard line on the offer you keep dragging back out because you feel like you should. If you don't feel good about it, don't. The point of the Cancer new moon is not obligation. Cancer is nurture, home, the cozy corner by the fire. Find the thing that already feels like that and double down on it.

    IN THIS EPISODE:

Why this new moon is a returning rather than a beginning

How Mercury retrograde changes what a new moon is actually asking of you

The weekend question that reframed my whole cycle

Why difficulty in your business is usually protective

Permission to stop promoting the offer you dread promoting

What to look for when you audit what you already have

    KEY MOMENTS:

00:00 New, but not new as in start from scratch

00:35 Why Mercury retrograde makes this a reflective new moon

01:00 Looking at what you already have and what comes effortlessly

01:20 Why am I making this more difficult for myself

01:50 If you don't feel good about it, don't promote it

02:10 Cancer as nurture, home, and the cozy corner by the fire

"This is about finding the things you already have that you feel good about so that you can double down on them."

  • Your shitty shoulds are not a strategy

How To Trust Yourself In Business (And Stop Comparing)

If you want to know how to trust yourself in business, start by noticing who you keep checking against. That's where the trust goes, and you probably haven't clocked it.

Most of us are not struggling to trust ourselves in the abstract. We're struggling to trust ourselves while watching someone else's pathway, someone else's speed, someone else's business doing the thing we thought we'd have done by now. Then we quietly set our own performance review against it and wonder why everything feels heavy.

In this episode of The Daily Fix I talk about the shoulds you keep saying to yourself, the evidence in your business that it IS working (which you're discounting, because it hasn't arrived in the shape you ordered), and what actually changes when you make decisions from your own signal instead of your ego voice.

It's a short one. It's the kind of thing you can do in two minutes on a Tuesday when everything is getting frustrating.

    IN THIS EPISODE:

Why overcoming comparison in business is the actual work behind "just trust yourself"

The shoulds, and how they get measured against a timeline that was never yours

The patterns and signs already telling you you're on the right path

How to tell your intuition apart from the ego voice that sounds like it's being responsible

The one question to ask before you react this week

  • Animal Magic Message - The Dove

It’s Venus day. A turtle dove has been visiting. And the message is for you.

There’s a turtle dove who has been visiting my garden. She’ll sit in my tree (the tree’s called June, she told me recently, just a fun fact), and sometimes she goes over to my neighbour’s outdoor gym building, which has mirrored door handles, and she just sits there on the handle and looks at herself.

It’s so, so cute. And so, so on the nose.

It’s Venus day. Friday. And this feels exactly right.

Doves are about peace, yes. But also that cooing, that togetherness, that tenderness that is love in its quieter form. All that heart and rose and Aphrodite energy that Friday carries. And I kept feeling pulled to share this today, so here we are.

What Dove Is Bringing Right Now

If dove has been showing up for you, in your garden, on your walks, in the symbols that keep catching your eye, here’s what the message is:

Express your love to as many people as possible. In words and in deeds. Even in small ways, the ones that feel almost too obvious to bother with. Those are the ones that land.

If you’ve lost someone recently, their soul is making a peaceful, joyful transition. Smooth. Hold that.

This is a powerful time for prophecy and clear vision. You’re able to glimpse what’s coming if you’re willing to be still enough to look.

You’re in a spiritual renewal right now, and it’s come because of a period of intense self-examination. The challenge you’ve been in wasn’t for nothing. It was the prerequisite.

    On Being at Home

This one hit me when I read it, because we’re in Mercury retrograde in Cancer right now. And Cancer is home. The domestic. The hearth.

The dove energy is asking you to stay home and enjoy it. To nurture yourself with love and care. To actually receive the warmth of the place you live in.

And here’s the thing I want to draw your attention to: your home environment has a direct impact on your energetic capacity. On your ability to manifest and call in what you want. When you’re in your home and you feel secure, you are naturally in a space of abundance. Of gratitude. Of safety. You’re in your bed. You’re in your warm shower. You’re in the physical evidence of what you’ve already built.

That is an energetically sustainable container for magnetising more. Not the vision board on the wall. The feeling in the space.

If your home doesn’t feel like that right now, that’s the information. That’s what wants attention before you can receive what you’re calling in.

If Dove Is Your Power Animal

If you work with dove energy, if she keeps finding you, here’s who you are:

Serene, in a way that actually affects the people around you just by being present. You don’t have to do anything. You carry it.

You’re evolved spiritually and deeply grounded at the same time. A paradox. Both true.

Your maternal instinct is strong, whether you’re a mother in the traditional sense or not. You care. You tend. And you are both gentle and passionate, in the ways that don’t always announce themselves loudly but land harder than the loud things do.

That last bit, about being a lover. I’ll leave that with you.

    The Mirror Moment

The dove sitting on the handle, looking at herself in the mirror. I can’t stop thinking about it.

She wasn’t alarmed. She wasn’t performing. She was just... looking. Curious. Present.

What would it feel like to do the same? To look at yourself with that kind of gentle curiosity rather than the scrutiny we usually bring? On Venus day, of all days?

What does the dove energy want to bring into your life this week?

  • When Something Gets Illuminated, You Don't Get to Unsee It

This week’s card is Illumination, and sitting at the base of the deck: Trust.

Those two together are doing something. Let me tell you what.

Wherever there is a spotlight landing on your life right now, whether that’s an area you’ve been avoiding, a pattern you keep circling, something that came up in a reading or in a conversation or in the quiet of 3am, it is there for a reason. The illumination isn’t random. The full moon doesn’t shine light into the shadows for decoration. It shines so you can see.

And what you’re being shown right now is something you already know. That’s the thing about Illumination. It’s not revealing new information. It’s showing you what you’ve known but haven’t been ready to look at directly.

    You Already Have the Answers

I want you to hear this clearly: you know where you need to work. You know where you need to shift. You know what needs to be released.

The illumination is just making it easier to trust yourself in the next step.

That’s the Trust card. It’s not about trusting some external force to handle things. It’s about trusting yourself now that you can see the thing more clearly. The seeing is supposed to make the next step less of a leap, even if it still doesn’t feel easy.

    Not always easy. Easier. Right?

What You Might Actually Need to Release

    When we’re in manifesting energy,

which this whole week has been about, we’re always declaring that we’re letting something go. That’s part of the deal. And the beautiful thing about Mercury retrograde (yes, beautiful, I said it) is that it’s a reflection period. What are the old stories? What are the old narratives?

Some of what needs to go is tangible. What’s in your wallet right now that doesn’t need to be there? The receipts, the old cards, the bits from a version of you that doesn’t quite exist anymore. What’s in the sock drawer that you’ve been stepping over for six months? The ADHD people know what I’m talking about, and I am calling you out with love. Can some of those notebooks go?

Physical clearing creates energetic room. This isn’t about spring-cleaning the whole house. This is about noticing what’s taking up space that isn’t associated with where you’re going.

    And Then the Internal Bit

This is actually where the work is.

What stories are you still telling yourself about what you’re capable of? What you can have, what you can’t have, what’s allowed for you versus what’s for other people?

Not everything here needs to be a tower card moment. Not everything needs to be the full demolition. Yeah, sometimes you do have to look death in the eye and let the tower fall. Sometimes it really is that big. But sometimes, it’s just a story you’ve held onto so long and believed so completely, in every cell, that it’s become invisible to you. And now something’s poking at it. Now there’s a different view coming in. Now a small voice is going: wait. What if that’s not actually fact? What if that’s just the part of the story I’ve been holding, and there are other chapters?

That’s what’s available to you in this illumination.

The full moon comes to shine clarity into the dark. And then we enter the releasing phase. What are you releasing? What story is ready to have a different ending?

What’s the illumination showing you right now?

  • Your Body Holds Stuck Energy (And It's Been Trying to Tell You)

Energy wants to move. That’s its actual nature.

Look at an atom. Look at the Earth, spinning, orbiting, always in motion. Look at nature, look at seasons, look at every living thing on this planet. Everything moves. Growth, evolution, change. That is the natural state.

So when we try to hold something? When we grip something, control something, refuse to let something go? That becomes stuck energy. And stuck energy is not a comfortable state for the energy itself. It’s not what it wants. It’s not what you want. And your body will tell you about it, whether you’re listening or not.

Where It Shows Up in the Body

Here’s the thing about stuck energy: it doesn’t hide in your mind. It lands in your body.

And once you start learning the language, the body is actually not that subtle about it.

Right side of your body: masculine. Linked to the masculine figures in your life, current or historical. Left side: feminine. Mothers, grandmothers, sisters, female friendships.

The further down the body? The longer it’s been there, or the deeper it’s been pushed.

So if you’ve got that persistent right knee thing, that’s worth sitting with. If you’ve got the thing in your left hip you’ve just accepted as normal, it’s worth asking what that’s connected to.

Shoulders carrying too much. Back pushing against something. Chest holding something tight. These aren’t just old wives’ tales. There is a reason that those associations exist.

Your body is a map. Most people just never learned to read it.

    My Own Map

I have chronic issues in the lower right-hand side of my back. Have done since I was about eight or nine years old, when I came off a horse and hit a wooden jump. What I didn’t understand at the time was that my coccyx bones hadn’t fully fused yet, and the injury caused excruciating pain. The doctor told my mother it was more painful than childbirth. I can’t verify that personally, but I do remember what that pain felt like, and I remember the moments without medication clearly enough that I believe it.

Here’s what it took me years to piece together: since I was three or four, my father had cancer. I was in constant fear. I was in constant survival mode, and I was already a highly sensitive, energetically attuned kid who didn’t have the tools to process any of it. That fear and that survival response landed in my body, and it’s been living there ever since.

In my 20s I had another major injury to the same area, my sacroiliac joint. If you’ve never sprained yours, the specific cruelty of it is that you cannot rest it. Every time you sit, stand, or lie down, you’re putting weight on it. And that same area kept pulling in more: ex-partners, situations with men in workplaces, patriarchal patterns I hadn’t fully named yet.

Every layer I’ve worked through has revealed another one. That’s the work.

The Invisible Work Is Not One and Done

The online space loves to sell the idea that this can be fixed. That you do the thing, the healing happens, and you move on. I understand why that’s the story, because it makes the thing easier to sell.

But that’s not how this actually works, not for the deep stuff.

The memory from when I was three doesn’t look the same now as it did when I first looked at it. It’s been reshaped and reframed. But then there’s the layer from when I was eight, and eleven, and fifteen, and eighteen. Each one nuanced. Each one holding something slightly different. Each one revealing more when it’s time.

Becoming aware is not the same as clearing. Healing is not the same as finished.

This is why I call it the invisible work. You can’t force timeline on it. You can’t do a year of work and declare the thing healed and be done. You can move it, and the moving creates space for more life to come in. But the pressure to clear it all in one go is part of what keeps it stuck.

So: stop forcing the pace. Start moving the energy.

    How to Start

Close your eyes. Do a body scan. You can use sand, water, or light, something flowing through you from the crown of your head all the way down to your feet.

Move slowly. Really slowly. Your scalp, the back of your head, the nape of your neck, behind your ears. Every part. You’re noticing where the flow wants to stop. Where you feel resistance, heaviness, heat, cold, shadow, anything.

You’re not trying to fix it in this moment. You’re just looking.

And as you look, you start attaching the story. Chest area: what’s the anxiety holding? Left side: what’s the feminine story? Right side: what’s the masculine one? What have you been carrying that you’ve just accepted as yours?

When you start moving this stuff, other things in your life start to open. That’s not a coincidence. That’s just energy doing what energy naturally does when it’s freed up to move.

This is the invisible work. It’s hard. It’s not linear. It’s not done in one session. But it is the work. And it’s the reason that the external things, the letter you’re writing, the vision you’re calling in, the life you actually want, can finally start arriving.

What does your body scan show you?

Up Tomorrow: what to do when something’s been illuminated that you can’t un-see. The spotlight’s on it. Now what?

  • This Isn't Manifesting. It's Declaring.

    In 2020, I wrote a letter.

Not a letter to someone else. A letter to myself, except I wrote it like the thing had already happened. Present tense. “I am doing this. I am working here. I’m experiencing this.” Like I was describing a life I was already living.

That letter did something I still think about.

So I want to talk about that today, because we’re in Mercury retrograde right now, and Mercury retrograde gets dragged online. It becomes this thing people blame for their Wi-Fi dropping and their texts going weird. But there’s a part of Mercury retrograde that doesn’t get talked about enough: when you declare something in a retrograde, it sticks. It’s something you keep coming back to.

Yeah, sometimes you need to be careful. If you’re signing a contract that life could outgrow, you need to think. But if what you’re writing is your highest vision? Your deepest desire for your own timeline? That’s a different thing entirely.

What if this is actually a really good time to write that down?

Here’s What I Mean by the Letter

I’m not asking you to make a vision board of things you saw on someone else’s Instagram.

I’m asking you about the thing that keeps coming back. The vision you’ve had for years, not months. The version of your life you return to over and over again without really understanding why.

For me, it’s the cottage. I’ve wanted this for as long as I can remember. Woodlands. Close to the beach. The dog. Simple, slow, full of peace. I don’t need the yacht in Santorini (though no judgment if you do, I just get very seasick). The thing I come back to isn’t flashy. It’s quiet. And it’s been in my frequency since my early 20s.

There was actually a reader who described it to me when I was about 25, before I’d even left London. She described the brickwork, the specific stonework they use in certain parts of the country. And I was sitting there in South London going... yes. That. That’s it.

That’s the kind of thing that belongs in your letter.

Not the 10K launch you want this month. Not the Jeep that’s apparently very popular online right now. The thing with longevity. The dream that’s been circling for years without you always giving it the airtime it deserves.

    What Goes in It

Write in present tense. Write it like you’re describing your life to someone who just arrived and wants to know what you do, where you live, how you feel every day.

Maybe that someone is an alien who just landed and says, “Hi. Tell me about your life.” (I’m not joking. This is the most useful framing I’ve ever given anyone for this exercise.)

What are you doing? Where are you working? What does your home look like? Is there a specific family unit in this vision? Are you on stages? Did you finally write the book you’ve been thinking about since your teens, even if you still don’t know what it’s about?

All of it. Write it down.

And yes, you can be specific. The type of people you work with. How you spend your mornings. How you feel in your body. How you move through your days. How you’re interacting in all the ways.

We’re in Cancer season right now. Cancer is home. Stability. Nurture. What does that home actually look like for you? This energy is asking you to write it into existence.

    The Part People Skip

I want to be direct about something, because it matters.

When you set this intention, you have to be open to anything happening to get there. This is or something better. But also: you cannot be afraid of what has to go for you to receive what you’re calling in.

Sit with that for a second.

If you’re not ready to look at what might need to leave for this vision to arrive, don’t write the letter yet. Sit with that first. Get honest about what you’d have to release. When you’re genuinely ready for the universe to hear you, then put pen to paper.

But if you are ready? Write it. Put it somewhere safe. Under a crystal, in a journal, wherever. The act of putting it down is the contract.

    What’s in your letter?

Next up: Tomorrow the energy that’s been sitting in your body longer than you think, and why it’s got everything to do with what you can and can’t receive. This one’s going to hit differently.

  • The Difference Between Shiny Object Syndrome and Actually Evolving

Last one for throwback week. This is a Friday wrap-up energy, reflective, permission-giving, and a really good one to sit with as we move into a new week. Take what lands.

I’ve been doing a lot of sorting lately. Going through old notebooks, old paperwork, scanning things, clearing out. Very fitting for the season we’re in.

And I found something that stopped me in my tracks.

I’d been looking back through some old offers, old sales pages, the feedback forms and testimonials and the notes I’d written in my journal around the times I was building those things. And what struck me was how clearly I could see the thread. Every single thing I’ve ever put out has been pointing at the same destination. Safe to Sell. Rebellion. Frequency Fix. Shine. Breathing Room Business. Amplify.

Different packaging. Different entry points. Different price points (my 2020 goals for those were genuinely hilarious, by the way. I have come an enormous way).

But the same message, every time. The same person I’m trying to reach. The same outcome I’m working toward.

And I want to talk about this, because I know a lot of you carry this around as something to feel bad about.

The shiny object story we tell ourselves

There is a version of offer-hopping that is genuinely shiny object syndrome. Where every new thing becomes a reason to not finish the last thing. Where the next idea shows up and pulls you away from visibility, from launching, from being seen, because “actually this new thing is more aligned.”

That exists. I’m not going to pretend it doesn’t.

But there is also a completely different thing that gets labeled the same way, and it’s evolution.

I spent a long time in spaces that told me to keep doing the same thing, over and over, the same way, refine it until it’s perfect, and then repeat it until it’s a machine. And every time I didn’t do that, every time something felt ready to shift, every time I wanted to evolve how I was packaging or positioning or delivering what I do, I felt like I was doing something wrong.

Turns out I wasn’t doing it wrong. I was just meant to evolve faster than those spaces were comfortable with.

What evolution actually looks like from the inside

If you are still speaking to the same person with the same core message, working toward the same outcome for the people you serve, you are not doing shiny object syndrome.

You might be refining how you say it. You might be elevating who you say it to. You might be changing how people access you, or at what price, or in what format.

None of that is abandoning your path. That is your path.

The friction you felt around the things that didn’t work the way you expected them to? That friction was information. It was showing you what needed to evolve. Sometimes we need to push something past its limit to find out what it was really asking to become.

The exercise worth doing this week

If you have any capacity this week, go back and look at the things you’ve put out. The old offers. The sales pages that still exist somewhere. The testimonials you’ve forgotten. The journal entries from when you were building something.

Look at it with the question: what was this always trying to do?

You will almost certainly find the thread. And when you find it, I’d be willing to bet you’ll see that you haven’t been all over the place at all. You’ve been circling the same thing, getting closer, getting better at naming it, getting clearer on who it’s really for.

    That’s not a failed mission. That’s refinement. That’s elevation.

And just because it didn’t look like repetition to everyone watching doesn’t mean it wasn’t working.

The permission you might need to hear

You’re allowed to evolve your offers. You’re allowed to evolve your positioning. You’re allowed to stop doing something exactly the way you started it.

Not because you were wrong to start. But because you’ve grown, and what you’re building gets to grow with you.

The version of you that launched that thing two years ago was working with what she knew then. The version of you now can see more. That’s not inconsistency. That’s the whole point.

What’s the thing you’ve been calling a failure that might actually just be a foundation?

  • The Difference Between Resting and Hiding (And Why Your Ego Will Blur It)

Throwback week continues. This one is pulling on Leo energy which is our next season that asks the visibility questions around your stretch zone.

There’s something that comes up a lot when we’re growing that I want to name, because the ego is sneaky about it.

It sounds like: I just don’t feel called to post right now. Or: Things feel out of alignment. Or: It doesn’t feel ready.

And here’s the thing, all of those can be completely true. Valid. Real.

But they can also be the very convincing story your ego tells you when it doesn’t want to be seen.

So how do you tell the difference?

The question I keep coming back to

I’ve been in what I’d describe as a stretch zone lately. Not posting as much, not sending a ton of emails, operating more inwardly. And I want to be clear: that’s not hiding.

But I also don’t want to lie to myself about it. Because the two can look identical from the outside, and they can start to feel identical from the inside too, if you’re not asking the right questions.

The question I keep coming back to is this: is this coming from expansion or contraction?

Hiding is a contracted energy. It’s protective, ego-driven, closing things down. There’s nothing inherently wrong with the protective impulse (the ego has a purpose) but it’s not a powerful or potent energy. It doesn’t grow anything.

Resting, real resting, is actually expansive. It’s still creative underneath. Still allowing flow. Still open.

    The active rest analogy

Back when I was training for track, we had active rest days. Not pounding intervals, not parachute runs (yes, I used to run with an actual parachute attached to my back, I don’t even know what I was doing to my body), but not lying on the sofa either.

Active rest looked like Pilates, a long walk, yoga. It was still movement, still action, just a different quality of it.

That’s what expansive rest in your business looks like. You’re not grinding, you’re not forcing output, but you’re also not actually stopped. You’re getting creative. You’re exploring. You’re questioning things, opening channels, looking at different avenues. You’re analyzing. You’re using that potent feminine energy that does so much of its best work quietly, and invisibly.

To the outside world, it might look like I’ve gone quiet. And in some places I have.

But I’m showing up here. Showing up in the spaces that already feel aligned and alive. Not out of exhaustion, not forcing it, genuinely, comfortably, in full alignment. That’s how you know it’s rest and not hiding. There’s no restriction in it.

    What hiding actually looks like

Hiding has a very different texture to rest, and when you get honest with yourself, you can usually feel it.

It looks like: spending three hours thinking about a post and not writing it, and feeling drained by that. It looks like a client emails you and you feel a spike of anxiety. It looks like a launch you committed to doesn’t feel ready, doesn’t feel right, doesn’t feel done, and when you sit with that feeling, underneath it is fear rather than genuine misalignment.

Hiding exhausts you. Active rest, even when it’s quiet, doesn’t.

    Breaking down to grow

Here’s the thing about the stretch zone. When you train muscles hard, you’re literally breaking down fibers so they can recover and grow back stronger. That’s the mechanism. You have to push past the point of comfort for growth to actually happen.

And when you’re in that place, past your previous edge, in the discomfort of becoming something new, misalignment is going to show up. Things are going to feel off. You’re going to have moments where nothing feels ready and nothing feels right. That’s not a signal to stop. That’s the feeling of growing.

The question is whether the energy underneath your “misalignment” is the feeling of stretching, or the feeling of contracting.

    How to actually check in

I’m not asking you to overthink this. Awareness doesn’t need to be a heavy, pressurised thing. It’s meant to be light. Expansive, even.

Just ask yourself: is what I’m avoiding right now coming from genuine misalignment, from actual growth and stretch?

Or am I using misalignment as a reason to stay small?

You’ll know. When you get genuinely honest with yourself, the answer is usually already there. You don’t need to dig for it. Just stop and actually look.

    What energy is underneath it?
