Article is adapted from the audio riff above. For the last eight years, the collective wound has been sitting in Aries. Chiron landed there back in 2018 and it’s been working on us ever since. In identity. In the question of who you actually are, underneath the performance.
And you can see it in everything. More women stepping into business knowing what they want. Knowing what they’re about. The surge in the “be yourself” conversation, in niche-down-to-your-essence frameworks, in the whole genre of “authentic personal brand.” All of it has been the Chiron in Aries invitation, working on the collective level.
Now it’s shifting.
Chiron moves into Taurus on June 19, 2026. And here’s the thing to know about that date: it’s a preview, not the full move. Chiron dips into Taurus for about three months, then retrogrades back into Aries on September 17 to finish what it started there. It doesn’t settle into Taurus properly until April 14, 2027, and then it stays for the long haul, all the way through to 2033, with a final pass into 2034. So the full Taurus chapter is around seven, eight years of work.
But the invitation for that whole stretch isn’t who are you. It’s: are you actually living that?
What Chiron does (and why it’s one of my favourite placements)
If you’re not familiar, Chiron is known as our wounded healer. And I love working with it because our healing is genuinely our biggest growth. It’s the portal to our version of more. It shows up over and over again in our businesses, which some people find frustrating and I find fascinating.
Because here’s what Chiron isn’t: it’s not a wound you fix once and file away. It’s more like a scar that comes back to the conversation every so often, bringing a different layer with it. If it were a person, it would be the one who keeps turning up at the party and reflecting things back at you that you weren’t quite ready to see. You think they’re projecting. Then you realise they’re a mirror.
That’s the gift of it, right? The more you work with it, the stronger it becomes as a tool.
What Taurus changes
Aries is forward motion. It’s charge, take action, move.
Taurus is different.
I had a client a few years ago, heavy fire energy, mostly Aries, and she told me she struggled with Taurus because it was just so slow. And yes, it is. It’s earth energy. Grounded. Nurturing. But the thing I said to her, and the thing I’d say now, is that Taurus isn’t slow in the same direction Aries is fast. It’s not slowing down the forward motion. It’s expanding outward. Sitting still and letting the energy grow out in all directions. Allowing.
Which is a very different frequency to what we’ve been in.
So if the Aries wound was about learning who you are, the Taurus wound is about what you do with your body, your values, your material reality now that you know. Do you actually live those values, or do you know them and then set them aside when it gets inconvenient?
And in business terms, that means: do you hold your prices when clients leave? Do you stay in your lane when the market shifts? Do you keep going in the direction that feels true to you, or do you recalibrate toward what’s safe when the collective gets noisy?
This isn’t nervous system regulation (or not only that)
There’s been a huge surge in nervous system content, and I get it. The collective already knows something is shifting. But I want to say something about that, because I think we’ve got it slightly incomplete.
I went to a nervous system training a while back and they were talking about how different parts of the body hold different things. Stiffness in the shoulders. Tightness in the chest. And I sat there thinking: yes, and I learned the energetic language for all of this twenty years ago.
The nervous system is reacting, absolutely. But the stories being held in the body are energetic. The tightness in your shoulders isn’t just a nervous system response. There’s a weight there. A pressure. An expectation. That’s the energetic body showing you something through the physical.
So the invite isn’t just to regulate. Regulation is part of it. But embodiment is the bigger word. Embodiment means you can be grounded and expansive at the same time. You can hold your feet on the ground and feel the energy moving. You can be in your business, present to what’s difficult, and not collapse because your values are carrying you.
That’s Taurus. That’s what the next several years are asking for.
What this actually looks like
Your body knows your yeses and nos. That part you probably already know. The work under Chiron in Taurus is learning to communicate with that, internally and externally. Because there’s a difference between your body signalling a genuine no from a soul level and your body going into activation because something unfamiliar is brushing up against an old pattern.
Both matter. Neither is wrong. But they ask for different things from you.
The Taurus way of working with this isn’t to drill down into every signal with urgency. It’s nurturing. It’s sitting with it. It’s building the relationship with your own body the way you’d build a relationship with anything you want to trust. Slowly, with attention, without forcing it to perform.
Because the world is changing fast. And there will be swathes of time over the coming years where things shift collectively in ways that are going to ask you: do you actually believe what you say you believe?
That’s the invitation.
So the question today is: where in your business, or your life, are you knowing something but not quite living it yet? And what would one small move toward embodying it actually look like?

Nobody cares about your thing.
Hard to hear, I know. And I’m not trying to be a dick about it. But this is the thing I keep having to say, in every container, in every Clarity by the Stars audit, in every place where I’m looking at someone’s business and asking what’s actually getting in the way.
It’s the why. Or more accurately, the absence of it.
It’s almost new moon in Gemini (15th June 3:54am UK), and the astrology world is busy talking about a lot of other things right now. But this one has my attention. Because Gemini, as a new moon energy for business owners, is quietly powerful in a way that a lot of the bigger transits aren’t.
Gemini rules communication. And yeah, that means your content, your sales conversations, your messaging. But the communication I want to talk about today isn’t the external stuff. It’s the internal stuff. The story you’re telling yourself. The way you’re narrating what you see.
And a reframe can absolutely shift your energy, right? Can shift timelines. This one is about that.
This morning I pulled the House VIII card from my astrology deck, and look, I’m biased because the 8th House is basically home for me. My Lilith lives there. And the 8th House is the one that holds transformation, depth, karma, and legacy.
But here’s what really stood out when I sat with that card: legacy only happens when you face your fears.
Everything you want is on the other side of the things that scare you.
And the kicker is, most of those fears? They’re not even yours.
The programming you’re carrying that isn’t yours
So much of what stops us is based on expectations, stories, and beliefs we absorbed rather than chose. Societal programming. Ancestral expectations. The conditioning that has been in your lineage for generations.
And this energy, this 8th House energy, asks you to get really real with yourself about where that comes from.
Because a lot of the time we can look at our fears and go, “Yeah, I know I’m fearful of visibility.” Okay. But what’s the depth to that? What are the actual layers?
Because there are always more layers.
One of the things I hear most from people in my world is “I thought I’d dealt with that.”
And they had. They genuinely had. And then something shifted, a different context, a higher-stakes moment, a new version of the thing, and there it was again.
That’s not failure. That’s how the 8th House works. There are always different ways to view things, different angles, different scenarios that build up around the same wound.
Visibility doesn’t just mean your face on camera
Let me use visibility as an example because it’s the one that comes up constantly.
It might start as: I don’t want my face on camera, so you just post pictures. Then you stretch yourself and maybe post a video, but it’s not a talking-head, it doesn’t show you speaking. And then eventually you get there, you’re showing up, you’re talking, you’re doing it.
And you think: I’ve dealt with that.
But have you? Because the question then becomes, what parts of yourself are you actually showing? What are you still hiding? Where is the fear still operating, just a level deeper than it was before?
And if you take it internal, if you go beneath the actions and into the subconscious, the narratives, the stories running underneath... it goes even deeper than that.
You can trace things to the root in this lifetime. But what about the karmic imprints? The echoes that came in before this life even started?
And by karma I don’t mean punishment, right? Karma isn’t “I did something bad in a past life so now I suffer.” For me, karma is just the ripple effects. The energetic exchange. It can be good. You put value out and receive in return. That’s karmic exchange too.
The fear that your thing will flop
Maybe you’re reading this and thinking: “Yeah, I have a book in me. A program that could actually change something. And the fear is that it’ll flop.”
Okay. Let’s look at that.
Is that real? Is it true?
It can be a real fear AND the thing might actually flop. That’s both possible. But it also might not. And the only way to find out is to do the thing that the fear is sitting in front of.
What I want you to notice is that the fear is not a stop sign. It’s a depth marker. It’s showing you where the next layer is.
Shadow archetypes and your sales
Here’s something I’ll be going deep on in a workshop coming up very soon (link in the article below): the shadow archetypes that are essentially holding your sales hostage.
And when I say sales, I also mean your legacy.
Because they’re the same thing. The sales are the reciprocity for the work you’re doing in the world. The work, the reciprocity for that work, the people you change, the thing you leave behind. That is your legacy.
The shadow archetypes that stop you from selling are the same ones that stop you from leaving the imprint you’re here to leave. They look like protection. They feel like caution. But what they’re actually doing is keeping you small enough to stay safe.
We’re going to pull those apart. If you want to come along, sign up below.
What the 8th House is actually asking
Stop for a second today and ask yourself honestly: what is it that you want to be known for? Is there a book in you? A program that could shift something real? A body of work that you keep circling but not starting?
And then ask: what’s stopping you?
The first fear that comes up is just the first layer. Go deeper.
Where does that come from? Why is it there? And is it actually true?
That’s the 8th House invitation. Not to override the fear. To get curious about what it’s built from.
Because once you see the programming for what it is, it doesn’t own you the same way it did before.
What’s the fear that’s been sitting between you and your legacy?
The workshop on shadow archetypes and sales is coming up next Tuesday. Limited replay available. You can sign up HERE
This article has been adapted from the riff audio note above
Every astrologer on your feed has been talking about Jupiter and Venus dancing together this week. Hitting moves, all of that good stuff. You know me, I’m not going to give you the technical terms.
I deliberately didn’t speak to it while it was peaking. I didn’t want you panicking, scrambling to “get the expansion in” before the window closed.
Because this astrology stuff is just a bonus, right?
The travelator theory of astrology
Working with astrological energy is like being on those travelators at the airport.
You can get on and let it carry you. You can get on and walk fast with it, doing double time with half the energy. Or you can trudge alongside it carrying all your bags, expending more energy than you needed to, for whatever reason.
The energy is helpful. It is not the assignment.
So instead of telling you to chase a transit that’s already passing, I want to invite you to look backwards. Think about the last three days. What came into your mind? What lit you up?
It might be something really simple. And it might be hard to spot, because life has still been lifing.
Mine was buried under a day from hell
Honestly, my yesterday was minor problem after minor problem.
JC threw up everywhere while I was mid-call. A video wouldn’t record. My neighbours started drilling right when I was due to record a 20-minute presentation, so the deadline blew past. Descript kept eating a section of audio that I could literally see in the audiogram (even the support bot insisted it was missing, it was not missing). Then the survey software broke, the webinar launch email couldn’t go out, and the automations failed after we’d already built a long workaround.
Constant. So in one way I could say there wasn’t anything good in that day.
But in between all of those frustrations, there were nice things. Conversations with friends. People checking in on JC.
And one video that cracked me open.
The video
A woman who’d just finished a launch, $297 programme, walks into her office where her mum is sitting. She’d blocked her mum from seeing anything about the launch on social media. So her mum has no idea.
She asks her mum to guess. Her mum says she’d predicted 80 sales, somewhere around $23,000.
She tells her: 1.2 million.
Her mum doesn’t believe her. Tells her she’s misread the numbers. So she refreshes the screen, her actual revenue, right there.
I watched it on silent first and it still made me cry. Watching it with sound on was one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in a long time.
It’s her mum’s face. She is so proud. So unbelievably proud. And it’s not really about the number. It’s about the wonder of it, the connection in that room.
Then, in the background, you can hear a little girl calling for her nan. Three generations of female energy in one moment. And the mum calls back, “I’ll be in in a minute,” without ever letting go of her daughter.
It didn’t feel sleazy. It didn’t feel like “look at me, I’ve had a million dollar launch.” It felt grounded and completely real.
That was Venus: the love, the beauty, the nurturing, the feminine lineage. That was Jupiter: the expansion, the witnessed gratitude. The purest representation of that energy I saw all week, and it wasn’t in a single astrology post.
The bit I don’t always say out loud
I’ve struggled recently with my own energy work. I say this to clients all the time: tap into the service, tap into what your work gives your people, tap into the frequency beyond the people you can see.
And I haven’t been able to do it.
The autistic side of me and the Aquarius side of me are very aligned, and neither of them taps into emotion in the easiest way. I sometimes have to use JC as my anchor just to reach certain feelings.
But watching that video? I can feel that emotion right now, without rewatching it. The love, the pride, the joy, the way it ripples through a whole family.
That emotion is the thing that I want to give other people.
And that emotion is something you can use to manifest with.
How to manifest with this energy
This is a version of the timeline jumping work I do with clients. Here’s how to play with it:
1. Watch the video and let it move you. Don’t analyse it. Witness it. If it gets you in the chest, that’s your raw material.
2. Find your version of that moment. It might not be your mum. It might be:
Your partner Your daughter Your friends Your dog waking you up on the morning you’ve hit the number
Mine is often JC there beside me when I realise I’ve done it.
3. Drop into that future moment. Not the spreadsheet. The scene. You’ve hit the target. You’ve gone beyond it, beyond your wildest dreams, and now you have to tell someone. Who’s in the room? What’s their face doing?
4. Anchor into the emotion, not the figure. The pride, the gratitude, the connection. That frequency is what amplifies and calls it in. The number is just the trigger for the feeling.
5. Remember: she’s already done it. That timeline is a reality. She has already hit that number. It is already a thing. For our human brains, that makes it so much easier to tap into. You’re not faking anything. You’re borrowing proof that it’s possible and turning it into what’s real for you.
Have fun with it. Play with it.
And if this video moves you the way it moved me, I’d love to hear what your version of that moment looks like.
Leave it in the comments. Who do you run to tell?
If this landed, this is what Authority After Dark paid is every single week day. I record a Daily Fix audio often with the written version, just like this one. You can join the fixer vibe to get access to past riffs and future insights.
You tried the thing.
You got the signs. The messages, the insights, the little nudge that said go in this direction. And on paper it made complete sense. It solved the problem. It added up. Right?
And then. Nothing.
The likes didn’t come. The follows, the opens, the signups, the response you were bracing for, none of it showed up. Just silence.
So you start to spiral. You make it mean something about you, about your offer, about whether any of this is even working.
I want to give you somewhere else to put that energy.
The door that makes sense on paper
I have a friend who’s been applying for new jobs. She’s in a role she’s not enjoying, and she’s been going for the ones that, on paper, just make sense. The ones she’s fully qualified for. Sometimes overqualified for.
And the synchronicities were wild. Someone she went to school with happened to be there. She’d think about a person and then find out they were connected to the role. All these little signs lighting up like a runway.
Not one door opened.
Now, I’m being a bit cryptic here, because there are things in my own life I’m not going to put on the page. But I’ve been doing the same thing. Saying to the universe, okay, I’m going to try this, and if it’s a no, don’t even let it come close. And watching doors that logically should have swung wide just... not move.
Here’s the part that matters.
When my friend looks back now, she can see it. She probably wouldn’t have enjoyed that role anyway. The commute was longer. It would have fed one thing and starved another.
In business it’s the same. That thing you were chasing might have brought in one stream of income while pulling you away from the work you actually believe in. The work that creates the impact. The way you really want to show up for the people you serve.
The universe knows better than you do
I want you to reframe the closed door as intervention.
Not rejection. Redirection.
Spirit is keeping that door shut for a very specific reason, and you don’t need to know what it is. You don’t need the full explanation to trust the block. Every one of these is a redirection. A piece of clarity you couldn’t see from where you were standing.
Your guides, your galactic team, all the things in between, they know what these things need to look like better than you do. Especially when you’re leaning into what’s actually true for you, rather than what looks sensible from the outside.
That’s where the doors that are meant for you start to open.
Maybe you’re at the wrong house
You know the old line, right? If the door’s staying closed, stop trying to force it.
There might be a window.
But also? Maybe you’re at the wrong house.
Spirit gave me this image of kids trying to get into a party. The one where the cool kids are. They’re banging on the door of the place everyone says is the place to be. And the whole time, there’s another party down the road that’s actually theirs. More fun. More them. They just had to stop trying to get into the room that was never going to let them in.
So if the door isn’t opening, ask a different question. Not how do I get in. But where else is open?
What other route gets you to the thing you actually wanted, which was never really the job or the launch or the number. It was showing up and serving your people as the most honest version of you.
A quick caveat, because I don’t want this to tip into “every no is a gift” nonsense. If something is genuinely your purpose, your real desire, the thing your whole body says yes to, then keep knocking. Build the window. Do the work. I’m talking about the doors you only half wanted. The ones where you thought “yeah, that’d be good” and got silence back. Those are the ones to release.
The gratitude almost everyone skips
Here’s the part almost everyone skips.
It’s easy to go, “oh yeah, it’s probably divine intervention,” and move on. Shrug it off. That’s not the same as actually feeling it.
The real shift is gratitude.
Thank you for not letting that door open. Thank you for being in protection of me and my purpose so much that you’re blocking everything that isn’t for me.
Sit in that for a second. Feel what it does.
That’s a completely different frequency than spiralling over a flat launch, right? Expansive instead of contracted. And it compounds.
So that’s your invite today.
Where’s the gratitude hiding? What’s the thing you thought you wanted, that you were maybe even grieving a little, that divine intervention had its hands in the whole time, quietly shifting your energy somewhere better?
I’ll leave that with you.
A friend guided a few of us through a gratitude exercise on a call this week. Simple. The kind of thing you’ve maybe done a version of before. You sit in gratitude, you pull up the moments that actually evoke something, and you let yourself really feel them.
I’ll be honest with you. That part isn’t always easy for me.
As an Aquarius, as someone now diagnosed autistic, there are times I don’t feel things the way other people seem to. I can feel emotions and I can hold them separately, slightly apart, viewed from a bit of a distance. So when someone says “just sit in gratitude” or “drop into a feeling of love,” that isn’t always the easiest place for me to get to.
I was the cold one, apparently
Growing up, everyone said I was cold.
What’s interesting is that wasn’t true when I was really young. My mum talks about the times I was the most loving, the most open. It reminds me how pure the soul is before all the programming comes in.
I’m not calling my Aquarius nature or my autism programming. I’m not saying that. But there are layers of conditioning that come in on top. And the way I hold it is this: I chose to be Aquarius, and autistic, and ADHD, and neurodivergent, and I chose my parents, and I chose all of it before I came in. This is my contract, right? I’m a firm believer of that.
So to get to gratitude, I have to really think about what has actually evoked emotion in me. And honestly, some of them are smaller than you’d expect.
The greediest puppy in Wales
Today I went straight to Jacy.
When she was still a pup, before she was ready to come home with me, I drove the three and a half hours from London to her breeder in Wales to visit. She was the last one out of nine puppies. She had to be helped to breathe when she came. On paper, in the stereotypical way, she should have been the runt of the litter. Boy, was she not.
I was there about three hours, and she fed for two of them. None of the others did. Such a little piggy.
The moment I hold is a photo of her on my lap, upside down, full Sprocker sprawl, legs akimbo, fitted perfectly against my knee, relaxed as anything. From there my mind moves to her in the car on the way home, me talking to her the whole drive, her first night in the house. Then the South of France, the sunrise walks, climbing for an hour up this mini mountain to catch the light coming up together.
That’s where I can pull the gratitude from.
A tree called June
Then there are the really simple ones.
Last week, sitting in the garden facing my tree. She told me her name is June, because she’s at her best in June. The morning sun coming through her leaves at 7am, rising in the east. I can sit right back inside that moment and feel it.
Then you rant it into the future
Here’s where the exercise turns.
You take that gratitude, that real felt thing, and you put it straight into the moment you’ve already achieved what you want. My friend called it a gratitude rant, and that became my favourite part of the whole thing. Because it is one. It’s this excited, out-loud, blah-blah-blah verbal processing of everything you’ve done and everything you feel.
I’m saying things like, oh my god, they’re calling me into their rooms, they want me at their mastermind, they want me to speak here and do this. I don’t need to know who they are. I don’t need to see the faces. I can feel it now, because I’ve pulled all that gratitude into the future instantly.
And then one line came out of my mouth.
It didn’t take more from me. It took more of me.
It didn’t take more from me, but it took more of me.
Even saying it gives me full body chills.
Because that’s the future of how we’re meant to run our business. It shouldn’t be taking from you. It should be asking for more of you. More of you in the message. More of you in the communication, the connection, the feelings, the real moments that are actually yours.
That’s what the next level of this work takes. Not more hours pulled out of you until there’s nothing left. More of the actual you, poured in.
Your turn
So tap in today.
What does your business need more of you?
Not what is it taking from you.
