Today's Promise: Psalm 103:11

There are few things a humbling as stepping out on a clear night and gazing at a star-filled sky. The incredible wonder of the universe reminds us of just how great our Creator is and how insignificant we are.

Yet, as small and insignificant as we are, God has chosen to love us. God pours out His commitment love on each of us.

God's love for you is as high as the stars are above the earth. His love for you reaches beyond the ends of creation.

In these difficult times, God is pouring his incredible, commitment love out on you today.

Today's Promise: Psalm 55:22

Sometimes you just never know what life is going to bring you. None of us could have imagined all the changes, problems, and concerns 2020 would bring.

In these uncertain and trying times, God gives us a promise. When we put our trust in Him, He will strengthen us and keep us secure.

Instead of carrying all your worry, fear, and uncertainty, you can throw them all over to the Lord.

Every day you have a choice, you can carry your burdens, or you can throw them into the Lord's hands.

Today's Promise: Romans 14:8

Most of us spend a lifetime trying to find out who we really are.

Knowing who you are is important, but knowing whose you are is even more important. Life changes when you understand whose you are.

As a born again follower of Christ, God is your father, and you are His child.

When you are the Lord's, there is no fear of death.

When you are the Lord's, there's no fear of life because as a child of the Living God, you know He is watching over you, guiding you, and providing all you need.

Today's Promise: Proverbs 18:10

In the Old Testament, strong, tall towers provided protection and safety. Anytime there was danger, the people of the city could run to the tower to find refuge.

Jesus is your strong tower. When you feel under attack, unsafe, or afraid, you can you to Him.

When Jesus is your strong tower.

1. He is your place of refuge.

2. He is your place of security.

3. He gives you direction.

4. He watches over you.

When we feel like you just can't take it any longer, run to the strong tower of the Lord. He will protect and empower you.

Today's Promise: Joshua 1:9

Joshua had just taken the place of Moses as the leader of the Children of God. They had entered the promised land and were facing multiple enemies that were stronger and mightier than them. I'm sure Joshua must have thought, "What have I gotten myself into?"

Three times in verses six through nine, God tells Joshua to be strong and take courage. God says the same thing to you and me today.

When you see all the fear and worry around you, remember, God is with you.
