Psalm 103:11

There are few things a humbling as stepping out on a clear night and gazing at a star-filled sky. The incredible wonder of the universe reminds us of just how great our Creator is and how insignificant we are.

God not only loves you, but He has a commitment love for you. His love is faithful (even when you are unfaithful). His love is full of grace, full of compassion, and full of mercy. His love for you is greater and deeper than you can ever comprehend.

Whatever life brings your way, you can give it to the Lord, knowing He will take care of you.

Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. - Psalm 55:22

I love how God says, "cast your burden." It's the picture of taking off a heavy backpack and throwing it to someone for them to carry.

What you are facing today may not change tomorrow, but God will give you hope courage, and determination to make it through what life has brought you.

Every day you have a choice, you can carry your burdens, or you can throw them into the Lord's hands.

In Jesus Christ, you have every promise of God. You are an heir to all God has for you.

The prince did nothing to become heir to the throne. By being born into the royal family, he receives all the blesses, privileges, and wealth of the royal family. He is an heir by birth.

When you placed your faith in Christ, you became a child of God, you were born into the family of God. God is your father, and you are an heir to all His promises.

Today's Promise: Galatians 3:29

In Jesus Christ, you have every promise of God. You are an heir to all God has for you.

With so much fear going around today, what a comfort it is to know that you are the Lord's, and He takes care of His own.

When you are the Lord's, life or death don't matter. There's no fear of death because you know you will meet the Lord Jesus face to face and spend eternity with Him. There's no fear of life because, as a child of the Living God, you know He is watching over you, guiding you, and will provide for all your needs.

When all is said and done, it doesn't matter who you are as much as who's you are.

With so much fear going around today, what a comfort it is to know that you are the Lord's, and He takes care of His own.

Like the strong towers of old, Jesus is your security, protection, and He is watching over you today.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe. - Proverbs 18:10

As your strong tower, God provides four things in your life.

1. He is your place of refuge 2. He is your security. 3. He gives you direction. 4. He watches over your life.

When we feel like you just can't take it any longer, run to the strong tower of the Lord. He will protect and empower you.
