Today's Promise: Psalm 37:39-40

In the heat of the battle, God provides a refuge and stronghold. Run to Him to find safety and protection.

Do you ever feel like the enemy has you in his sights? Ever feel like you walk around with a spiritual target on your back? When the enemy comes, you have one you can run to and find shelter, protection, and safety.

He promises to deliver you from the wicked and the wicked one.

Today, don't live in fear. Walk in faith, knowing God is your protection.

Today's Promise: Psalm 32:8

Have you ever really needed direction and wisdom from the Lord? Have you ever felt you could really use some clarity in the decision you are about to make? If so, today's promise is for you.

You don't have to live hoping to make the right choices and do the right things. God promises to teach, guide, and counsel you in how you should live.

Start today by seeking God's leadership. Stay close to Him, listen for His voice, and seek His face. You will be amazed at all God has to say to you.

Today's Promise: Judges 6:12

When God looks at you, He sees more in you than you see in yourself. You may be full of fear and worry, but God sees you as a mighty valiant warrior.

You see yourself through your physical eyes. You see all the flaws and imperfections. You also see your history, failures, and what others have told you. God sees you for who you really are and who you can be through Him.

The question is, will you believe what you say and think of yourself or what God sees in you.

Today's Promise: Ephesians 2:5-6

You may not feel like it, but right now, you are seated in heavenly places with Christ.

Your physical location may be here on earth, but your spiritual position is with Christ.

When you placed your faith in Christ, you were united with Him. When He died, you died. When God raised Him from the grave, you received new life in Him.

Now you are seated with Him at the right hand of God.

Because you are seated with Him, your primary world is not here but heaven. You live in the accomplished work of Christ.

Today's Promise: Psalm 62:1

When you wait on God, you find He is your salvation and provider of all you need. 

King David wrote this psalm during a particularly difficult time in his life. He was facing constant attacks from his son, who was trying to overthrow his rule as king. Instead of gathering his army and advisors, the first thing he did was go to the Lord. David understood that trusting in men was foolish. It was not about his strength or wisdom but about God's deliverance.

David had a quiet confidence that God would see him through any difficulty.

Today's Promise: Psalm 32:7

You have a hiding place, a place of refuge when problems and troubles come your way. That place of refuge is personal to you. God is not a hiding place, but your hiding place. 

When stress overwhelms you, and the enemy is attacking from all sides, you can run to your hiding place.

Your hiding place is not a location but a person. God is your hiding place. He covers you on all sides and protects you from the enemy's attack.

Today's promise: Colossians 1:21-22

As a new creation, Jesus presents you to God without sin or accusation. 

God didn't wait for you to clean up your act before He began His work of salvation.

This promise describes three ways Christ presents you to God.

1. He presents you holy.

2. He presents you as faultless.

3. He presents you blameless.

You are not the person you used to be. God has removed your past and forgiven your sin. Jesus presents you holy, faultless, and blameless before God.

Today’s Promise: Jeremiah 1:5

God knows you. He knows all about you. In fact, there is nothing hidden from Him. He knows the good, the bad, and everything in between.

Before you ever took your first breath, God knew you. He knew how tall or short you would be, the color of your eyes, hair, and skin, plus a thousand other details. You are not a genetic accident; you were created by God the Father.

He not only knew you, but He formed you for His purpose.

He made you for His purpose and called you to fulfill that purpose in Him.
