Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference ended Monday with a nearly two-hour keynote.
CEO Tim Cook and other executives concentrated on updating the company's operating system platforms. There were no fresh hardware announcements or surprises at the event. Craig Federighi began with the release of iOS 15, with enhancements to FaceTime. Apple enhanced the video communications app with spatial audio to make the experience more realistic, while also employing voice isolation to block out surrounding noise.
A new Apple Wallet feature allows you to save digital keys for automobiles, houses, businesses, and hotels. Apple has released new privacy features for Mail, Health, Home Kit, Mac OS, and Shortcuts. The Apple Watch now has the ability to measure respiratory rate. The new version of Mac OS will be called Monterey, and it will replace the present version known as Big Sur. AirPlay allows you to connect an iPhone to a Mac and exchange video or audio. Apple also revealed App Store changes, such as personalized layouts for various users and the introduction of In-App Events.
