Truth is... when all is lost, there is God and there is faith. If you have just a little bit a faith and you give yourself grace to be broken you look to one person, and that is God. Faith the size of the mustard seed can still move mountains. I was blessed to get to go to church on Sunday where God ordained a message to what felt like specifically for us.

Truth is "The GPS" doesn't always work as planned... and I'm going to be honest, I'm using this as a shameless plug for God's plan. Sometimes ole' faithful doesn't work the way we want it to. I'm standing by this fact, that for mental health, men need time to be with a group of buddies where there is no filter, there is no p*ssy footing around topics and jokes and to be "men."
