The Daily Truth with Anthony Russo

Truth is, every day I love bringing myself to tears, typically of joy, but tears none the less.  In the spirit of March Madness there is a quote by Jim Valvano that says you should do three things every day...Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think.  You should spend some time in though.  And number three is you should have your emotions move you to tears, could be happiness or joy.  But think about it.. If you laugh, you think and you cry, that's a full day.  That's a heck of a day.  You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special. 
I had a moment move me to tears and I thought about this.

Truth is, we can inspire others just by pursuing our dreams, even in failure.  Crazy, but truth.  We are going to fail, but when we have absolutely dogged determination we have the ability to do some pretty amazing things, most amazing being to inspire others to pursue their dreams as well! Today's message is again inspired from that Daily Devotional book I got from Kelly from Christmas.

Truth is, when you look at most of the main motivational messages... the core of motivation circles around the bible and God's word. I realized as I read my daily journal that all of these lessons from scripture started to sound very similar to the core concepts of every motivational message, and every speech I have ever heard.  It dawned on me when I read a passage regarding focusing on the positive and beautiful things in life instead of the negative.  It reminded me of "Where the mind goes, energy flows."

The Truth is, yesterday I had to protect myself from an attack on my credit/identity and I realized that can be a lesson for something much greater.  Protect your energy, protect your dreams, protect who you are.  Develop your own personal life lock and shut down the outside voices, the haters, the naysayers, and protect yourself from negativity.

The truth is... the man in the iron lung passed away last week and his legacy should serve as a inspiration to all.  Today's message will be simple, Paul Alexander could have given up on life a long time ago, instead after contracting Polio at age 6 he lived for 72 years in an iron lung and went on to achieve great things.  YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE.

I heard in the Joe Rogan and Katt Williams interview a really powerful statement that said how fortunate he was to be someone that makes a living speaking.  Interesting thing is, I realized this is my life, but the key is how this message can translate to everyone else.

Truth is... I'm going to have a mini rant today regarding a comment made about my personal situation which I shared that was so incredibly misconstrued that I have to do a mini truth clap back.  First off... I did not surrender my daugher like I say not to do with pets.
