Welcome to "Story Time with the Dangerous Gentleman." In 2016, my life fell apart. I lost my kids and my marriage, and turned to doctors who prescribed multiple medications. These drugs didn't help and made things worse.
Realizing this, I changed my lifestyle. I began walking, going to the gym, eating healthier, and seeking support from friends and therapy. These changes, not medications, led to my recovery. Mental health drugs can be a temporary aid, but long-term solutions come from facing pain and making positive life changes. Balance therapy, exercise, diet, and good company for real improvement.
