- Don't Suffer in Silence
In this episode, I share an experience from my local brotherhood meeting where we discussed two members who’ve been absent.
One of them showed up and openly shared his struggles—an accident, long work hours, and personal challenges. He expressed himself, and we all supported him. By talking it out, he found out he wasn’t alone.
The other member, who’s also going through pain, didn't attend and continues to suffer in silence.
The takeaway is that as men, we often hold our emotions in, but when we finally share them, we realize we don’t have to carry the burden alone.

In this episode, I share a story about my daughter and how getting glasses completely changed her ability to read and actually enjoy it. Something as simple as correcting her vision freed up her brainpower, or what I like to call "bandwidth," to not just read, but really understand and appreciate it.
I realized the same thing happens in my life when I avoid uncomfortable tasks or conversations—they take up mental energy, keeping me from being productive and fully present. By facing those things head-on, I free up space in my mind to focus on what really matters. I even talked about this with my twin brother, and it resonated with him too.
My message to you is simple: tackle those uncomfortable tasks, free up your bandwidth, and see how much more you can accomplish.
