Steve is joined by Wisconsin Representative Deb Andraca and Tracy Johnson as our left-right panel at the Wisconsin State Fair. They start the show by talking all things State Fair.

Steve, Deb and Tracy talk about Joe Biden’s dropout, Kamala Harris’s rise and if the hype will last.

Steve asks Deb and Tracy about who they think will be Kamala’s VP pick. Deb says Dan Kelly or Tim Walz, Tracy says Josh Shapiro.

Next, Steve asks Deb and Tracy about the two referenda on the August ballot that would give spending decisions to the State legislature via constitutional amendment. As a State representative, Deb gives it a hard no and is suspicious on why it’s going on an expected low-turnout election. Tracy thinks the Governor has too much power in this regard while Steve says constitutional changes are dangerous.
