    In life you have moments of hardship but losing your family that you love must be the hardest of them all.
    This weeks guest, Tulsi Vagjiani one of the only survivors of flight 605 which unfortunately Crashed on the take off to Bangalore.
    In the incident occured on the 14th February 1990, better known as valentines day. 92 people died that day. Tulsi survived with a number of injuries, the most severe being 70% burns to her face and body.

    Unfortunately, relationships aren’t always that way. This week we are joined by Anna Lopez, Anna is a domestic violence survivor and now goes on to share her story to create awareness around domestic violence.
    1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men are in abusive relationship with their partners which involves slapping, shoving, pushing. 1 in 7 women and 1 in 25 men are injured from these cases, taking into consideration reported cases!
    Anna case unfortunately was on the more extreme side of domestic violence and in this week's podcast episode. Anna shares the intricate details on how the relationship began, leading onto the warning signs, when the abuse started and how she was able to escape over 6 years later!
    Anna now dedicates her life to helping others that experience pain like this and shows people from her story there is a light at the end of the tunnel no matter how dark things may seem!

    This week we are joined by Sergeant Craig Harrison, the world record holder for the longest kill in combat, in this episode we dig deep in to what it really takes to me part of the British military for 23 years.
    In this open and honest podcast Craig has shared the highs and lows of being a part of the British military and touring in countries such as Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan and what life was like on a day today basis and some of the horrifying situations he has found himself in.
    Later on in Craigs career after serving in Afghanistan, Craig was exposed in a local newspaper which resulted in Craig and his family having to go into hiding for 3 years. Shortly after he was discharged from the army with PTSD, Craig now runs the Maverick Start up school which helps people from all walks of life learn the basic survival skills and is an advocate for mental health.
    This week's episode really was an inspiration to have such a dedicated guest share his story on his life long selfless service to his country to create freedom for people who need it most.
