Spend a quick three minutes with me to set yourself up for your best day ever.

A very short meditation to help you release stress and feel better. Only a couple of minutes long, it's perfect for those of you who are new to meditation. The guided part is about 3 minutes long but the song goes on for another 3. If it feels right to you, you might choose an affirmation and continue to meditate after I stop speaking. I hope it's helpful.

So this little show has morphed from a coronavirus lockdown diary to a "Conversations About Race and Police Violence with Darbi's Black Friends in Minnesota" show. Meet William Hill.
