Our mini-series devoted to the live action films of Wes Anderson continues with a move from sea travel to train travel in 2007’s The Darjeeling Limited.

It all started with a short film starring his friends the Wilson brothers that took Sundance by storm and landing Anderson a development deal at Columbia Pictures for $700 per week, more money than Anderson and co-writer Owen Wilson had ever seen before. But when the feature version of the successful short film fails to live up to the hype (or make any money), what is a fledgling director to do, and how will he continue to make a mark on Hollywood?
