He’s considered the most prolific murderer in Toronto and Canada's oldest known serial killer. He targeted men who—much like himself—had to hide who they were from their families.
Then he buried them with a smile while some innocent couple watched him do their landscaping, all while describing him as jolly, cheerful, and kind—just like Santa Claus.
