Welcome to the latest episode of The Dawn Jarvis Show, the podcast where I talk to leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs who are part of My Diverse Nurse Network about how they manage business and their health and wellbeing. Brought to you by https://dawnjarvis.com
Today my guest is Dr Paul Jenkins a clinical psychologist specialising in the science and practice of positivity.
Listen as Dr Paul and I discus how you can get past the positivity that is fluffy and trite and he teaches us to go deeper with him to learn what being positive in all circumstances means.
Dr. Paul has a two-step approach to open your mind to previously seen possibilities and choose happiness.
Dr Paul sees happiness and positivity as a choice we can make no matter what is happening to and around us, and that through evaluation and creation we can train our brain to put us in a positive situation.
We had a wonderful conversation and I definitely felt energised and positive after it.
