this is the work of legends. you can show up for you. you can adopt new habits that shift how you are showing up now. just think about it. every time that you listen to the beliefs you hold about your "dream ability" does it stop you? it did me. all because of beliefs projected on me when i was 7. i was constantly in search to prove those beliefs and guess what i did. for 30 plus years. want to stop the cycle? we are talking about that today!

don't do it. do not be like me. at 18 i realized my life was not going to happen like i thought. so i signed up for less every day after. i set small reachable goals and by the ripe old age of 26, i had reached them. that is how small they were. you deserve your dreams and they will not go away just because you try to hide them. your passion is calling how do you respond?

i know...it is the worst. that little voice (be it whatever higher power you choose) is constantly in your head telling you this is or isn't right. so let's explore that the only thing i can promise is that it will not be easy. showing up accountable for the life you want to live or that whisper takes a whole lotta faith. like more than you could ever imagine and you will phase in and out constantly believing in yourself and your vision. and KEEP GOING.

when was the last time you just acted out of your heart? when did you trust you and no one else? my three-year-old does all things like this...EVERYTHING. she just does and never questions EVER if it is right because it is right for her. bottom line you can do anything. you just need that toddler type confidence to move.

give yourself creditability. why? you know you better than anyone else. we just tend to discredit ourselves because of that fact when we should be giving more than less credit. how often are you posing yourself as the answer to the problem?

here is the deal. you build what you will become. in every sense of the meaning. here you are using all of your energy to close down your power. building the muscle of self hate stronger than that of love. how can you reach your dreams with a mind like that. you can't and we talk about why. now you will know.

right, give me a break. the pair of shoes won't change your life. the presentation will be the same regardless but the ability to set your sites and not settle until the shoe fits is what will change your life. the cinderella principle at work people.

i hear all the time from my idols that they could not have even imagined doing what they do now. that is because we all start somewhere right. you won't ever know unless you go.

we give 40 hours a week to a job. if that job does not align with your dream life what are you willing to do to start making it. or what are you willing to do to build it on the side.
