Elvan Kose is a Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine practitioner. After more than 10 years in professional services, the corporate environment and motherhood it was some health challenges that led Elvan to explore wellbeing and natural approaches to healing.

Through her own journey of healing, Elvan discovered the transformative power of Kinesiology and decided to make a career change. Now she runs her own business called True Expression Health where she practices mind body therapies and kinesiology in supporting and empowering others on their journey to vibrant health and wellbeing.
