• For the Gospel to go forth in Taiwan. Pray for the grip of Buddhism and Ancestor Worship to loosen and the God of the gospel to triumph.
• For growth and awareness of this special program as we continue to advocate for children.

• Pray for children who have been waiting for a long time: children with severe special needs, older children, and sibling groups. Pray for God to call and equip families to care specifically for these hard to place children.
• That God would protect waiting children while they wait.
• That new doors would open to see more families bringing children home from Taiwan.
• Waiting child: Sibling set of Four – pray for hope and healing as they have experienced a lot in their little lives.
• Praise the Lord for the hearts of the workers at Cathwel (the agency in Taiwan) as they truly desire what is best for the children in their care.
• Praise the Lord for the upcoming Taiwan Family Reunion this September
• Praise God he answered our prayer from last fall- we prayed for Jesse who is currently being pursued by a family in our program!

Join us as Herbie Newell and Dr. Rick Morton lead us through Luke 9:28-48 and prayers for Colombia.

• That the church will be strengthened and spread in Colombia. Pray for them as the Church becomes more aware of the orphan crisis. Specifically praying for the following churches: Renecer, Vida Bogota, Tabernacle La Fe, La Libertad
• For the true gospel to be spread. It is a challenging culture because the Church has a negative reputation here, so people have altered the gospel to make it either more relevant or more beneficiary to themselves. Pray the true gospel would be preached and received. Pray for an evangelical, missional awareness to spread amongst the church as well here.
• Pray for peace as the country works through many hard histories with the Farc, the government, etc. Presidential elections occur this month, and it is very touchy – pray for the Lord to place the best person in this seat.
• For God to give grace, provision, and peace to those in the midst of the adoption process. We have many families in process pursuing older children, host children, children with medical needs, and larger sibling groups. Pray the Lord to guide them and to give them endurance.
• Pray for post adoption families. Many families are home and walking through challenges of parenting children who have faced a lot of trauma.
• For God to bring more missional families that will be flexible and understanding with the process and the complex needs of the children of Colombia
• The Lord to prepare the children being pursued by our families now, that their hearts would be prepared and at peace with all the upcoming transition.
• The Lord to grant us the opportunity to advocate for more waiting children and have more opportunities to advocate for better policies to benefit them in the long run.
• Pray for our host children. we have 10 children coming from Colombia to TX on June 9 for our big hosting program.
• That all the children will come to know Him as their Eternal Father and Savior.
• Pray for continued growth and in Caregiver Education in Colombia – that the Lord would continue to open doors to local churches who want to invest in and be a part of orphan care.
• Pray for the foster parents that went through training earlier this year – that they would continue to pull from the things they learned and would feel encouraged and empowered.
• Pray for wisdom for the (un)adopted team and for the Latin America team as they work together to plan for future trainings and team trips in Colombia.

• Kyrgyzstan has 6 million people and 88% of the people practice Islam. Pray the Kyrgyz church would be strengthened and the gospel would multiply throughout the country!
• Pray for leaders to rise up in this country that will assist in the furtherance of the Gospel, as well as better care for vulnerable children.
• We have completed 5 adoptions from Kyrgyzstan and 2 more families are in the process of completing their adoption. Please pray that more families feel called to adopt children 5 years and older!
• Pray for the 2 active families.
• Pray for doors to open with our UnAdopted Ministry. We are waiting for a partnership to open up with some of the orphanages and Baby Home.
• Pray the Ministry will continue to find favor with our paperwork and that they will work hard and make it a priority to get children ready for referrals.
• Pray Zhalyn will continue to build strong relationships with the Ministry and with orphanage directors, doctors, etc. Pray he will continue to find favor as he upholds strong ethical standards.
• Pray that God will lead us to orphanages, churches and individuals we can partner with.
• Praise the Lord for our team members on the ground, Sasha and Zhalyn and the work they do to serve our families.
• Praise the Lord for our Lifeline team – Josh, Jana, Brianna and Toria and the work they do State side to serve our families.
• Pray for Zhalyn – and praise that he continues to hear the gospel from our families and that he will understand what it means. Continue to pray for his salvation!

Join us as Herbie Newell and David Wooten lead us through Luke 14-17 and prayers for Haiti.

• Pray against the voodoo practices that are rampant throughout the country and even infused in some churches… Pray that the church in Haiti would be dedicated to the Word of God so that they might serve the Lord in faithful obedience.
• Pray for IBESR, Haiti’s Central Authority, as they implement changes in the matching procedure in Haiti. Pray that all changes would be in the best interest of the children in Haiti, and specifically that they would allow US agencies and Haitian crèches to advocate for children with special needs.
• Pray for Meredith, Morgan, Brooke and our (un)adopted team as they continue to walk through open doors in Haiti as we meet new potential partners and build relationships with our existing partners in-country.
• Pray for the trip this week. Pray for the team (Meredith, Brooke, and Josh) and the opportunities that they will have to minister to our orphanage partners.
• Pray for wisdom for Meredith and Matt as they assess the possibilities for future trainings at new orphanages.
• Over 50,000 children are institutionalized in Haiti with over 75% of those children having no legal identifying information or possibility to be adopted. Pray for these children, that the Lord would open doors for them to hear the Gospel and find Hope in Jesus Christ.
• Pray for our families as they face different challenges that come from a longer process undergoing a lot of transitions. Pray that they can find hope and peace in Jesus as they wait to bring their child(ren) home.
• Praise that many families have traveled to Haiti on their socialization and bonding trips this year!
• Praise that several families have brought their kids home this year, and there will be more before the year is over!

• Pray for truth and conviction for the people of Brazil: great amount of poverty, liberalism, and societal issues that impact the people of Brazil
• Pray for the Lord’s good news to be spread in a very liberal society
• Pray for the local church and missionaries residing there – that they will be united, encouraged, and bold
• Specifically for Deborah, Gui, Vanessa and Betina (who we met on our trip to Brazil) as they are sharing the Gospel throughout Brazil.
• Current Family: pray as they complete their home study and dossier process. Pray for our two families who are pursuing family members.
• Post families: pray for our families that are home with their children.
• Pray for mission minded families to want to pursue adoption from Brazil
• Pray for the children in care of CEJAI & the children who are living on the streets
• Pray that God would reveal Himself to them, provide for their needs, and bring their paths to cross other Believers that would help care for them.
• Pray specifically for a 14-year-old girl that our team was able to meet. As we advocate for her, pray that a family would reach out to learn more about her and desire to make her part of their family.

• Pray for our team in Brazil: Marcia & Marcos = in country attorneys (pray that they feel supported as they continue to advocate for the children of Brazil)

• Pray that God will continue to strengthen local believers and specifically strengthen the faith of persecuted believers.
• Pray that believers will be strengthened by the Word and the Spirit and will boldly proclaim the gospel.
• Pray for relations between the United States and Pakistan.
• Pray for Alan and Dina Long – for wisdom as they make decisions in helping guide Developing Hope.
• We praise God for how He continues to grow the relationship between Alan, Dina and our in-country partners who direct the girls’ home. Pray for all those involved in the sewing centers and members of the local churches.
• Pray for the Muslim community that surrounds the girls’ home and that they will see the light and truth of Christ through these girls and the staff at the home.
• Pray for the spiritual strongholds on some of the girls – as they struggle with trauma, loss and grief and as they live in difficult circumstances.
• Praise for some new Bible studies that are taking place in areas around the girls’ home (people are hearing and coming to faith in Christ)!

• Pray that expectant parents will come to know the Lord and His redeeming love.
• That God will open their eyes to see that they and their children are made in the image of God and are thus valuable.
• God will lead women to choose life for the baby and that they will consider adoption
• Pray that women will reach out so that we will have the opportunity to share the gospel with them.
• Pray for hospitals, OBGYNs, and pediatricians to desire to partner with Lifeline and see the value in utilizing an agency like Lifeline
• Praise for the many Pregnancy Center (PRC) partnerships we have and pray for the Lord to deepen existing relationships and to establish new partnerships with new PRCs
• Pray for the Lord to direct women searching for adoption resources online to Lifeline
• Pray for Him to use birthmother’s earthly adoption stories to show them the good news of eternal adoption – for God’s Kingdom to come in their hearts and lives – for them to know, glorify and enjoy Jesus.
• Pray for all the birthparents who have recently placed and are grieving.
• Praise the Lord for our pregnancy counseling team! 
  • Pray for their relationships with the Lord and reliance upon the Holy Spirit to be primary in their daily lives so that what is needed for each birth parent would come as an outflow of the Spirit’s work.
  • Pray that God would grow them in wisdom, compassion, and boldness, pointing birth parents to Christ.
  • Pray for times of rest
• Praise the Lord for the women who are choosing life and for the perspective the Lord has given them to see life as valuable.

• Pray for the government of Ukraine.  Continue to pray for the unrest in the Eastern part of Ukraine and that the areas that have been affected by war will continue to rebuild.
• Pray for the Ministry and the officials to be efficient and timely in approving paperwork and to make orphan children a priority.
• Pray for Sasha as he oversees our team on the ground in Ukraine.
• Pray for a family that is pursuing an aging out child with HIV. They will travel on their first trip to visit the child soon!
• Pray for more families who desire to adopt older children from such a very hard place!
• Pray for the many families who have brought home kids from Ukraine over the last 16 years, and that healing and attachment would still come through the hope of the Gospel!
• Pray for Levacy as she has built great relationships with a Ukraine hosting program in NC. Pray that we find a way to serve these families through our entire Ukraine program and not just the home study.
• Pray that hosting programs will see the value in Lifeline’s process and education in adopting older children.
• Pray for new opportunities to arise in 2018 that would bring families’ attention to Ukraine!

• Pray that the Voodoo spirit would be torn down with the truth of Christ.
• Pray that the Church would rise up to engage in orphan care with the skills and abilities God has uniquely given them.
• Pray that God would raise up churches in the States to champion a cause for the Fatherless and put Togo on their heart
• Pray that the gospel would penetrate the hearts of the people in a population of 6.7 million.
• Pray that strong leaders would rise up to lead the nation of Togo in an ethical way.
• Pray that a fresh vision of orphan care would be communicated to the leaders so that holistic orphan care can go forth.
• Pray for our partners Pastor Francois, Patrick and the (un)adopted team as they continue to find ways to invest in the work the Lord is doing there.
• Pray for wisdom in building strong relationships cross-culturally as we establish a foundation for holistic orphan care in Togo.
• Praise for the brothers Godwin, Winner and Bernard as they continue to learn and practice their life skills and teach others in their orphanage and community.
• Praise that Pastor Francois is healing after his serious car accident last year.
