They want to convert the casual user lured in by discounts into everyday users who rely on them for takeout and groceries. While convenience is king in ordering delivery, some companies are pitching subscription services that waive individual delivery fees to lock you in. Next, President Trump sent a record $4.75 trillion 2020 budget proposal to Congress. While the budget will most likely be rejected, it highlights the administrations priorities for 2020. The White House is requesting and additional $8.6 billion for the border wall and also looking at cuts to the Education Department.
