The meaning of what's come to be known as your "Big Three" is a bit illusive, so in tihs episode, I break down how to synthesize your Rising, Sun, and Moon in your natal chart as an entry point to deeper self-understanding.

Rather than reducing astrology to personality stereotypes, I reframes these major placements as an energetic blueprint:

March is a powerful month, and much of that power comes from the lunations.

This month activates the Pisces–Virgo axis, illuminating the ongoing eclipse dialogue between intuition, belief, imagination, and surrender (Pisces) and discernment, embodiment, systems, and practical care (Virgo). This axis teaches us how to zoom all the way out and all the way in — and how to let those perspectives inform one another.

We open the month on March 3 with a Full Moon Eclipse at the South Node in Virgo at 12º. This eclipse is asking:

• Where are perfectionism, over-optimization, or self-criticism ready to be released?
• How have control, routine, or logic been used as substitutes for trust?
• What information is available through your body, intuition, and felt experience when clarity is unavailable?

Later in the month, on March 18, we arrive at a New Moon in Pisces at 28º, closing eclipse season and opening a new chapter. This New Moon is seeding:

• A new belief system about what is possible for you and the collective
• A vision rooted in intuition, values, and compassion
• The courage to act on a dream before you have all the proof

This lunation invites you to break old mental molds, flip limiting narratives, and root your future actions in what truly nourishes and matters.

March reminds us: intuition is a resource, belief is a catalyst, and we are stepping into a new era of consciousness — one thought, one choice, one leap at a time.

Welcome Pisces season!

Pisces season of 2026 is a PACKED season, friends! As a continuation of Aquarius season, we also have the continuation of eclipses, the official culmination of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction, a Mercury retrograde in Pisces, and Jupiter stationing direct. This season is messy, confusion, and ultimately asks us – what can you rely on when you don’t have all the information? What intuitive resources can you deepen into?

This season will be pulling us in a lot of different directions, and we might end up very different on the other side.

Today I’m sharing an intimate, embodied conversation I had with somatic life coach Kayleigh Martin about connection, integration, and staying human in polarized times.

What begins as a reflection on instant relational depth expands into a rich dialogue on somatics, trauma, lineage, power, and the radical act of weaving – rather than rejecting – the fragmented parts of ourselves.

Kayleigh and I examine how unintegrated trauma lives in bodies and systems, and how returning to the body becomes a pathway for both personal and social transformation. Themes of burnout under capitalism, entrepreneurship as a somatic initiation, nervous system wisdom, and collective grief are held alongside reflections on disagreement, capacity, and mobilization – without collapsing into shutdown or disconnection.

At its core, this conversation explores duality and wholeness: holding despair and delight at once, honoring the body’s intelligence, reclaiming “no” as an expansive and protective force, and reframing joy as a radical form of resourcing. Together, these threads point toward more integrated, compassionate ways of being – rooted in the body, widened in capacity, and alive to the full spectrum of human experience.

What creates safety?Safety is defined as: the condition of being protected from or unlikely to cause danger, risk, or injury.

But what are the components that actually create a sense of safety in a person’s life? And how do we continue to create it in the midst of world that is constantly changing, and feeling less safe and secure.

In this episode I discuss 5 main components that add to a experience of safety - physical, emotional, mental, relational -

• Being allowed to be vulnerable
• Consistent access to essential resources
• Resiliency from conflict
• Trust produced by proof of action
• Being able to ask for and receive support

February is a powerful month – perhaps THE MOST powerful month of the year, and part of that power comes from the lunations.

This month activates the Leo–Aquarius axis, spotlighting the tension and dialogue between individual identity, leadership, and self-expression (Leo) and collective responsibility, systems, and humanitarian vision (Aquarius).

We open the month on February 1 with a Full Moon in Leo at 13º. This Full Moon is asking:

• How are your talents, creativity, leadership, and identity being used in service of the collective?

• Where can access be widened, structures reimagined, or generosity increased so more people can benefit?

In this new style of episode I'm sharing an overarching view of the astrological energetics of Q1 so that you can approach the first three months of the year with an broad sense of how the energy will flow.

• Observe yourself, where you feel pulled, and what you feel called to change and create.

• Water color or work with water and ink. Speak intentions into your water. Shower with the intention of clearing and cleansing more than just your body. Work with water in some capacity.
