There are so many car detailers starting everyday. So how to you compete with the ones that are charging a rate that is EXTREMELY low?

I hear so often that these detailers that are charging $50 for "Full Details" are ruining the detailing industry but I am not sure that it is the case. 

I used to think these detailers with a crazy low price we taking business from me, that they were giving a false narrative to the market, and that they were undercutting the detailers that do this as a career. I actually no longer think that way and in reality I actually think they help the industry and help the detailers that are really trying to stand out.

Paint correction and polishing can be overwhelming, frustrating, and complicated if you don't know what products and pads to use. It can be ultra overwhelming especially if you have too many products in your arsenal. 

In this episode I tell you what my favorite compound and polish is and which pads go great with them. 

The compound I recommend is a diminishing abrasive. This means it has enough "grit" to cut through some pretty heavy defects and after heating up this abrasive it will then turn to a polish like substance giving it the ability to finish out a lot better than other compounds.

The polish I recommend for car detailing is an extremely versatile polish that can be used alone for enhancement services or to refine / finish out after compounding.

There are some pretty crazy myths that have been created by other detailers in the industry when it comes to starting or growing a car detailing business.

It is personally not my favorite thing in the world to do but it is something we as business owners need to do to increase revenue. The cool part is though is in this episode I breakdown how I offer certain services and a way to look at selling so it doesn't have to be intimidating.

The "money maker" car detailing services that I talk about in this episode are going to be services that are a win win for you and your client. They are going to be affordable for them, easy to apply for you, and in my experience have a high conversion rate compared to some other services.
