This episode is a chill talk about the things I enjoy to do. Some stuff that I do not enjoy and what I would rather be doing. For example, partying is not something I generally enjoy. I prefer being at home and enjoying my peace. I do like to go out but my idea of fun is not the same as everyone else's around me. Everyone likes to drink and party. I like to do activities and have a good time that way. So, doing things by myself is something I have been enjoying to do recently. Hopefully you enjoy this episode. It took a while to make this episode. The first time I have fully went through making a sort of a vlog. Not the first vlog I have made but the first vlog I have liked. Alex is trying to figure out why he has been under the weather. He shares his thoughts as to why this is low might be going on. Alex then goes on to talk about his upcoming plans for the podcast. The episodes he owes the audience because he has not filmed yet or was not able to in the past. Things like vlogs and how the San Antonio trip and the Mexico trip were supposed to be vlogs but he sort of failed at it. Anyways, Alex has a day planned to hopefully knockout a couple of videos at the same time. He lists out the video ideas to hopefully keep himself in check. Hopefully something to look forward to.

To start the episode, Alex starts off with his realization about how coffee is made. A very dumb discovery for Alex, but a needed one. Also, Alex talks about his discipline with diet and exercise. It has been a long time since Alex has uploaded an episode. Multiple attempts have been made to make and edit different episodes but with no luck.
