She is also the CEO of The Well Studio, a boutique wellness coaching firm for female leaders. The Well Studio offers a virtual membership studio for women to experience yoga and meditation on a weekly basis. Marissa also offers one-on-one coaching through her one year coaching program, The Well Method. As a Holistic Executive Coach and Corporate Wellness Coach, her mission is to teach women how to tap into the wisdom of their mind, body, and soul, learn to trust their intuition, follow their desires, and step into their personal power both personally and professionally. Her career in wellness started at lululemon at CorePower Yoga and she has since I've worked in the wellness industry for over 9 years. She’s been a Certified Professional Life Coach for almost 6 years and a 1,000+ hour Yoga Instructor for almost 10 years. She developed The Well Method out of a gap that she witnessed in the wellness industry as well as the practices, techniques, and holistic modalities that she’s used to heal and transform her own mind, body, and soul and immensely transform her own leadership. She’s coached over 300 women and have worked with clients across the U.S. and abroad, including California, Pennsylvania, New Zealand, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, Michigan, and New York!
