The Dinner Party Show

Special guest Jack Morrissey, host of the TEAM JACK podcast and partner to Oscar winner filmmaker Bill Condon, takes a seat at the table to discuss THE FIFTH ESTATE, Condon’s upcoming biopic of Wikileaks-creator Julian Assange. A discussion about gay men and Grindr gets real hot in all the wrong ways. The latest installment of our special series WORLD’S WORST PITCH MEETING features a dude known only as “Comic Con Guy”. Fairly imbalanced newsman Breck Artery carves out a biting exception to free speech. Inane critic-at- large Jordan Ampersand confronts his nemesis, spinning instructor and party planner Ian Featherstone. Relationship expert JoNell Samms takes on the entire Internet.

Dinner Party Show favorite Jack Morrissey crashes the proceedings early, but not before Christopher and Eric tell everyone to shut up about Anthony’s weiner and fairly imbalanced newsman Breck Artery delivers a scathing report on free speech. (Our stereo segments of the show take longer to download but have great sound quality.)

Jack’s partner is Oscar winning filmmaker Bill Condon so the group slices into a deep, juicy discussion about his upcoming film, THE FIFTH ESTATE, a Julian Assange biopic starring Benedict Cumberbatch. Relationship “expert” JoNell Samms manages to file her report in between all the big Hollywood talk. (Our stereo segments of the show take longer to download but have great sound quality.)

Eric brokers a meeting between inane critic-at-large Jordan Ampersand and his nemesis, spinning instructor and party planner Ian Featherstone. Things get rowdy as Jack decides to overstay his welcome. Another installment of the special series ‘World’s Worst Pitch Meeting’, this one featuring Comic Con Guy. (Our stereo segments of the show take longer to download but have great sound quality.)

Twan, Queen of the Stars, reads the signs before they read you. The table practically comes to blows over the topic of Grindr, cell phones, and whether or not Christopher is a “whore”. (Our stereo segments of the show take longer to download but have great sound quality.)

Christopher and Eric are back to their regular format with another irregular show. Will Eric ever forgive Christopher for tricking him into a cruise with Jordan Ampersand? Why is GLAAD attacking the hot new Showtime series RAY DONOVAN? Have they drifted from their mission? Also, drones are falling out of the sky in Florida and Eric has opinions, as always. Christopher and Eric field questions and provocative comments from their beloved Party People. In a quick break before the featured guest, Twan, “Queen of the Stars,” reads the signs before they read you. JoNell Samms serves a heapin’ helpin’ of special “homemade relationship advice.” Critic-at-large Jordan Ampersand has a lot to say about Facebook...and the city of Manhattan.

Pauly David and Ed Marco, co-hosts of HELLO PAULY, pull up seats to lead Christopher and Eric in a rousing round of party games just as the caffeine and sugar hits. Christopher’s attempt to do the same almost goes disastrously wrong.

Pauly David and Ed Marco, co-hosts of HELLO PAULY, take their seats at the table. Another installment of Your Local News, brought to you by the truth. Critic-at-large Jordan Ampersand has a lot to say about Facebook...and the city of Manhattan.

The caffeine and sugar highs hit at the same time as Pauly David and Ed Marco lead Christopher and Eric in a rousing round of party games. Christopher’s attempt to do the same almost goes disastrously wrong.

Ahoy, crazies! Get ready to set sail (by accident) aboard the world’s worst cruise ship, the Fiesta Burrito. Before leaving town for a public appearance in New York City, TDPS co-host Christopher Rice hatches a secret plan to set Eric Shaw Quinn and critic-at-large Jordan Ampersand out to sea together. The disastrous results include a kiddie pool full of fake sharks and a cruise ship talent show featuring a bizarre appearance by the late Bea Arthur. Yes, this entirely original one-hour special is as crazy as it sounds. Enjoy!
