What happens in a small town when one of its teens go missing without a trace?

Worse yet, it seems racially motivated because she is one of only 3 black girls living in that town.

This happened in the small Ontario town of New Liskeard in 1996 when 15 year old Melanie Ethier went missing without a trace.

Her mother is still searching, the town still has the scar and the rest of us are left to wonder, what the heck happened here.

Well fear no more, the Private Dicks finally put this one to bed.
