In this episode of Transparency Fitness Live David sits down with fellow Lexington native and fitness aficionado, Jeremy Sapp, who shares his 4 year journey with weight loss and the keys to his success with shedding more than 150 lbs. Jeremy touches on some key lifestyle transformations from all angles of health and shares some personal stories that were pivotal for his success.

"My weight has fluctuated my entire life. I have lost weight and gained it consistently over the years. With the help of my trainer, Deloyd Smith, this most recent fitness journey has empowered me to keep the weight off for nearly 4 years and slowly build muscle; and the journey continues. Since I am currently on a cut phase of my journey I engage in a mixture of weight-training, cardio, and CrossFit elements. In October I plan to begin my first bulk and will be cutting back on the cardio and CrossFit, replacing them with additional compound weight exercises."
