The Dive | Driven by Kia - A League of Legends Esports Podcast

Happy Final week of playoffs Dive fans! We've got our final 4 teams of playoffs and with that no shortage of subjects for Mark, Kobe, & Azael to cover. They kick things off by celebrating the LEC Champs, G2, & sharing their thoughts on the ever evolving Champions Queue discussion. A quick note that this was recorded BEFORE the Champions Queue article dropped, so the conversation is unfortunately a little dated.

Then the gang jumps into Patch 12.7, where they arrive at the shortlist of champions you GOTTA keep an eye on and I wish I could section that part off and save all that precious freelo for me. For those looking at the description for tips: Wukong Jungle, Ban Karthus & build Umbral Glaive. Kobe is still addicted to Illaoi top, there's no saving him.

Thank you for all of you who send in questions every week! We only had time for 1 question from the LCS studio, but we appreciate all your questions from Youtube, Twitter or Anchor.FM. Hoping to get more of those featured throughout the year.

The weekend kicks off with 100 Thieves vs. Team Liquid to determine who seeds directly onto the Finals in Houston. That match kicks off at 1:30PM PT, don't you miss it!

Hey there Dive fans! With playoffs fully in swing, we've got another jam-packed episode from our usual gang, Azael, Kobe, and Mark. They discussed each of their Power Ranking Records (shoutout to @lolpodcastmeta for the breakdown via twitter), whether player report cards were actually motivating players, and discussed Danny's status with playing Champions Queue.

Then we shifted over to questions from fans (yes, you!) regarding which team should be sent to MSI, The Dive's take on what C9 needs to practice to make a lower bracket run, C9 vs GG, and the best top laners.

A reminder that tickets are on sale for the Spring Finals in Houston, you can get information on how to get your set of tickets here: https://twitter.com/LCSOfficial/status/1507401972437057541?s=20&t=ySRE4Hc5BlHq0c8rr7FH5w

As always, we appreciate the questions we got this week, and the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Playoffs continue this weekend with Cloud9 vs Golden Guardians on Saturday 4/9 at 1:30pm PDT, and Evil Geniuses vs FlyQuest on Sunday 4/10 at 12:30pm PDT. Make sure to tune in!

Look at all these beautiful Dive fans! Playoffs are around the corner & we've got a THICC episode with the classic crew Azael, Kobe & MarkZ. The trio get hyped at just the THOUGHT of seeing fans again, talk about Santorin and the jungler's journey to being one of the best, & go through the playoff Patch BEFORE we even touch on the playoff matches.

There was also a fun interlude where an unprompted light show takes center stage (sorry audio listeners), a LOT a talk about whether teams should be upset about a patch this close to playoffs & we got an Anchor.fm question that asks if Summit's week 8 performance puts into question his MVP candidacy.

Then we wrap things up by looking at our first 2 playoff matches C9 vs. 100 & TL vs. EG!

Also they were hella potty mouths this episode.

Hey Dive fans! With Super Week on the horizon comes a Super packed episode of The Dive with the usual gang of Azael, Kobe & Mark. Once we got past the squeaky laptops, the trio went through the Peter Zhang news, T1's 18-0 run and its historical legitimacy & what they each believed are the strongest and weakest roles in the LCS.

Then we had a bunch of Anchor.FM questions with MOSTLY clean audio (I'm not pointing fingers but... wind tunnel), that covered the upsets of the weekend, what EG needs to do to improve in the eyes of The Dive, & TSM's huge weekend. Then the guys threw out the standings and went with their gut on which teams they expect to make it into Playoffs.

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Spring Split concludes with Superweek & starts this Friday with Team Liquid vs. Golden Guardians at 2:30PM. Make sure to tune in!

What's up Everyone! Lots to get through in this week of The Dive. First things first, we had the bet to settle where our producer... went easy to say the least on Mark. Either that or he undersold his ability to take spice. Either way he tanked em just fine and left Kobe wanting. Azael was there to point out the tears when they leaked out though. Outside of that spice, the trio weighed in on LCK's recent rulings, Olleh's complaints with Champions Queue & what Svenskeren's pick up could mean for C9.

Outside of all spice-related conversations, we had a chat about what Cloud9's win means in their quest for another Spring title, what we want to see from Team Liquid & what it's going to take for other teams to be considered title contenders. Then they weighed in on what they expect to see from the playoff race & who can break through to the top 6.

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Spring Split continues this Saturday with Immortals Progressive vs. 100 Thieves at 1:30PM PT. Don't miss it!

This one goes out to The Dive fans in Utah! Azael returns to join Mark & Kobe for the discussions that really matter like, was Bwipo's build THAT troll? Is Blaber ALREADY an all-time great jungler? And what kind of flame does Mark have a penchant for?

We also run through what non-retired pro should return to the LCS, how FlyQuest continue to defy expectations & run down the strengths of the bottom half teams as the Playoff Race heats up.

Share who you think will win C9 or TL in the banger matchup on Sunday & as always please submit your question where ever you can so we can add you to the discussion.

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. The weekend gets popping with Golden Guardians vs. 100 Thieves at 1:30PM. With the big ticket matchup, Team Liquid vs. Cloud9 taking place at 12:30PM on Sunday. See you there!

Happy Mid Split Dive fans! This week we had Phreak join Kobe & Mark as they run down where the teams stand halfway through the split and answer some of your questions.

We hear who they favor in the future Team Liquid vs. Cloud9 match, how Golden Guardians broke away from the teams below them in super week & what 100 Thieves have to do to regain their place in the standings.

Tune in at the very end to hear what pick Phreak thinks will break into the meta by the end of the year & some of the things the guys can't cover on cast.

I'm still taking in conditions for a bet and we'll announce what Mark or Kobe (let's be real... probably Mark) will need to do if TL lose again.

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Spring Split continues this Saturday with Immortals Progressive vs. Evil Geniuses at 1:30PM. Don't miss it!

Hi Dive Fans! This week had an extra helping of org drama & breaking news so Azael, Kobe & Mark are here to bring you through our word of the week: Communication! Be it Communication from organizations or Communication with your teammates, we have you covered.

The Trio also touched on why you should still have faith in C9 & 100 Thieves. The improvements we've seen from Immortals and Golden Guardians. Plus, if Flyquest can hold onto their spot at the top of the standings. All heading into the first Superweek of the split!

Mark also bet Kobe that Team Liquid would only lose 1 more game this split, the problem is they don't know the details of the bet. Leave a Youtube comment to let us know what you think the conditions of the bet should be. Do they eat something spicy? Do they have to wear something ridiculous? I'm a cruel producer so the skies the limit!

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Spring Split's first Super Week kicks off Friday with Cloud9 vs. Dignitas QNTMPAY at 2:30PM. Don't miss it!

Hey there Dive Fans, we got a wild one today. Azael, Kobe & Mark were INUNDATED with questions so we had to cover 4 of your Anchor.FM questions, but not before our first BREAKING NEWS segment of 2021 where we learned that TSM was making changes and CoreJJ finally got his green card! We took your questions on the best junglers, why is Azael a bully & what the trio wanted to see crop up more in the LCS. We also dove into the highs and lows of 100 Thieves, Golden Guardians and postulated where TSM would go from here.

We tried something different with answering fan questions at the top, let us know what you think! Do you like it more when the guys leave them to the end or sprinkle them throughout the episode?

Thank you for all the questions we got to this week, the more you send in questions with #TheDiveLol on Twitter or on Anchor.fm, the more we can feature them on episodes. Spring Split continues Saturday With 100 Thieves vs. Golden Guardians at 1:30PM. Don't miss it!

Hey there Dive Fans, good to have you with us. Azael, Kobe & Mark are PUMPED to bring you another episode of The Dive, because had perhaps the sweetest week 1 of a split in quite some time. The trio fell in love with the Dignitas Party Bus, the rise of Church9, FLY's embracing of Janna Smite stop, & the return of 100 Thieves. Plus, they gush about they hype around Champions Queue & what their favorite League moment of all time is.
