    From burning out cars to touring across Europe with only a guitar, Nathan Johnson, or better know as Sion Hill, took some time out to chat with little old me me and sing a song or two. Being described as having 'as much soul as John Mayer' and being 'as funky as Prince', Nate is one to look out for. This dude signed a record deal back in 2015 with the German organisation CloudsHill and hasn't looked back since playing at various festivals including Electric Picnic. He recently released his first album 'Elephant' in August, a sexually charged masterpiece that has a bit of the disco pop of the 70's, and it has been selling off the shelves in Germany.     I met with an old friend to discuss how the heck he made it onto radio. Garry Curran has made some serious inroads in the past two years winning IMRO Radio newcomer of the year 2016 and also being shortlisted this year for his 'Dose of the Skits' Entertainment insert from TheLift with his friend and future hubby Fionnuala. Great listen for any budding media heads out there on how to make it to the top!
